Ocean view apartment, excellent location, facing the sea, 2 blocks from the port. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable TV with 49" smart TV and 32-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, capacity for 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! We DO NOT leave bed linens or towels. If required, it is $5 per person for the entire stay. It is on the first floor by stairs

Comfortable, bright and central

The apartment is in a high-end building, on a quiet stretch of Avenida Gorlero. The building is located in the narrowest part of the peninsula, a few meters from Playa de los Ingleses (beach) on one side and the port on the other. The interior is very bright, overlooking the port and Gorriti Island. It includes its own parking space in the building's guarded garage. Due to its location and amenities, it is the ideal apartment at any time of the year.

Well equipped and very functional. 3 blocks from Brava Beach, 2 blocks from Conrad Casino, 4 blocks from Gorlero Ave, daily housekeeping, wi-fi and outdoor parking. Carnival/Holy Week: minimum 3 nights stay. January/February: ask for minimum. Rates are already set for those periods. New Year: ask for minimum stay please. Thanks!

Have fun with family or friends in this accommodation with multiple amenities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, an adult, teen, and children's room, a micro-cinema, a state-of-the-art gym, a five-a-side soccer field with synthetic turf, a basketball hoop, a solarium with synthetic turf, and barbecues with cable TV. Unfortunately, due to past experiences, pets are not allowed.
