Apartamento con vista al mar , excelente ubicación, frente al mar, a 2 cuadras del puerto. Dispone de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, cocina, living comedor con estufa a leña, gran terraza, cochera, tv cable con smart tv 49 y smart tv 32 pulgadas, wifi, capacidad 6 personas. Zona muy tranquila y segura. A pasos del mar!!!!! IMPORTANTE!!!!! NO dejamos Ropa de cama ni toallas. (lencois e toalhas). En caso de requerir son usd 5 por persona por toda la estadía. El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio de categoría, en un tramo tranquilo de la avenida Gorlero. El edificio está ubicado en el sector más angosto de la península a pocos metros de la Playa de los Ingleses, por un lado y del puerto, por el otro. El interior es muy luminoso, con vista hacia el puerto e Isla Gorriti. Incluye cochera propia, en el garage vigilado del edificio. Por su ubicación y comodidades es el departamento ideal en cualquier época del año.

Well equipped and very functional. 3 blocks from Brava Beach, 2 blocks from Conrad Casino, 4 blocks from Gorlero Ave, daily housekeeping, wi-fi and outdoor parking.
