Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pendle District

John was the perfect host, readily available and very helpful. The house was lovely, but what was also unique was all the small added touches John arranged for our arrival like fresh produce in the fridge, full bowl of fruit, large assortment of chocolate, nuts and other items, even new toothbrushes if you needed them along with many other things that you don’t normally expect. House is in a great position, very close to the town centre. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely stay for May bank holiday. The views are amazing and it’s so lovely and quiet. Great for getting around to different places and also felt just like home from home!

We had a fantastic stay, gorgeous bedrooms and comfy beds. Enough bathrooms/ toilets for 8 of us. Lots of seating areas and the pool table room was brilliant. Short 10 min walk to lively pubs and places to eat. Spaces to park cars and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great from the start, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful, cosy, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent too. Sarah, her husband, and Joey were so lovely and welcoming, and their gorgeous dog made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay, would love to come back!

Amazing clean and tidy place which was perfect for a group of us visiting the peak district. The house had everything we needed and was the best equipt air bnb I have ever stayed in! Would definately recommend!!

We loved staying in The Old Barn Cottage for our 4 nights/ 3 days of hiking. Lawrence was very responsive to any questions we had. Keep in mind that this is an old barn that has been converted and is still being improved. The living space was so comfortable…huge family room with new couches and dining table, full kitchen and upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. An awesome space to share. The location is unbeatable. You can easily walk from here to Malham Tarn, Gordale Scar and Janet’s Foss and the surrounding villages. Busses stop 1 minute down the road at the Buck Inn for easy transit north or south. People are super friendly. Both The Buck Inn and Lister Arms were great for refreshment. And the Old Barn Tearoom was right there to enjoy lunch or coffee.

Another wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable and everything you may need has been provided by the host, especially with your furry friend in mind. We have stayed in the winter and the house was warm and cosy, and have now stayed in the summer where the house was cool and airy.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely space, the flat was ideal for us and very well described in the listing. It is in a peaceful area in north Leeds, and suited us well as we could walk to meet our family. Patrick was a very responsive host, who communicated well, and left clear instructions in the flat. The space is clutter free and modern, and it was nice to have supplies in the fridge.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated in a vintage style, which made our stay warm and comfortable. Carmen and Martin welcomed us with open arms, and Carmen was incredibly kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the amazing hospitality — we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

This place was a cool find. While being situated in a fairly old building (in keeping with the surrounding village) it has been recently renovated and felt cosy and modern, without being garish - just right we thought. Parking is available nearby but you may need to walk a wee way, not a problem for us, and there is a short term spot right by the door to the flat to unload your stuff. We forgot to sign the guest book (oops) but enjoyed our stay, and clearly others have too. If you're travelling to the Lakes District or plan to visit nearby Windermere and Keswick, this is a great base to start from. Thank you for letting us stay!

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Me and my friends stayed here for one night, it was lovely, a quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful view, Karen herself was very responsive and was always available to give me information when needed, the kitchen was lovely and clean,.The description to this room was as matched, it felt at home and safe. Very impressed

Andy home was immaculate and Andy has been very thorough in making sure that his guests are well catered for, providing a really wide range of teas, coffees and cereals. The bed was really comfortable and there were different heights of pillows to choose from and extra blankets. There was good hanging space for clothes, with plenty of coat hangers. I was impressed by Andy’s helpfulness. I would definitely recommend Andy’s Airbnb for a really comfortable sleep at a great price.

Jenny was a great host. Thoughtful and responsive. Great location for an easy walk into Hebden Bridge - right next to the canal towpath. Good public transport links too.

Had a fantastic stay at Pondon Mill this weekend. We were made to feel so welcome, the breakfast was fantastic. We did establish our dog is scared of cats, but as Barbara suggested we just need to get one of our own to train him. We will definitely be returning. Amazing setting, lovely people. Fantastic place to stay with so much history. Thank you for having us!

This was our first Air BNB, I think the standard has been set so high I think anywhere else we stay we will be disappointed. The location was picturesque, the hosts were very friendly and amenable, they really couldn't do enough for us to make our stay perfect. If you pass up staying here, you will regret not booking! Thank you so much Annette, you made our stay feel like home away from home. Oh, almost forgot, the breakfast was delicious 😋.

Ruby has a great little apartment here. It was easy to find and easy to get checked in. She was responsive with the reply’s since the day off booking all the way through to checking out. Lots of complimentary items available to you if you need them. The apartments clean, tidy and spacious with everything you would need to make it home for your stay.

Debbie was awesome, cats also dope and house gorgeous. So clean you could eat of the floor, annnnddddd location epic also!!!

Great place to stay, the whole place is pretty clean, had a very homey vibe, and jack includes a lot of amenities that other places don’t even bother giving. Honestly an amazing place to stay, which the common area on the middle floor it gave almost like a high quality college dorm vibe. 100% would recommend. The only thing to mention is that during the summer the nights can get a little warm due to the lack of AC, but that is not the hosts fault as ACs are not the most common thing in the UK where usually the weather doesn’t get to warm. If I’m every coming back to Manchester, will definitely have this place in mind!

A Truly Memorable Stay at Artie’s Lodge After reading so many glowing reviews, we arrived with high expectations and we were not disappointed. Our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The views over Lake Windermere are simply breathtaking, and the lodge itself is spotless, cosy, and beautifully appointed. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay is thoughtfully provided. Special mention goes to the luxury toiletries, they were absolutely sublime. I’ll definitely be ordering some for my wife! Elizabeth is every bit as exceptional as other guests have described. She’s a warm, attentive host who genuinely goes the extra mile to make sure you feel incredibly well cared for. Breakfast was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. Thanks to Artie’s Lodge and Elizabeth’s impeccable attention to detail, my wife and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary in a way we’ll always remember with great fondness.
