The pictures don’t do the home justice. It was so clean and new—very close to Wrightsville Beach and the Mayfaire shopping center. Not to mention, Brandon was very responsive and gave clear instructions. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice stay in Wilmington.

Beautiful and extremely well appointed home for our family reunion and beach trip. Tia has thought of everything you could possibly want or need for a wonderful beach stay. The kitchen is well stocked - we had 3 wonderful family dinners for 11 plus 2 babies. Loved all the little extra touches everywhere and extra supplies and snacks. So thoughtful! And so close to the beach and public access. I will definitely stay at the Orca again!

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! We had a previous reservation fall through due to mechanical issues and made this reservation within 3 hours of our arrival and everything was ready to go. Kathryn was amazing and responsive to anything we needed. Great place to stay.

The Lucas farm is beautiful and peaceful, it’s a little oasis in the woods. Amy and Glenn have thought of every guest comfort and the entire property has a welcoming vibe. Close to main attractions but off the beaten path enough to be restful. I regret we didn’t stay longer, this was one of my best Airbnb experiences.

Across the road from the amazing Atlantic. The house accommodated a wonderful reunion of friends. The indoor swing set was quite a hit. The house is steps away from beach access and a short drive from “downtown” surf city. Certainly recommend to any beachgoers!

A spacious living area features a sectional sofa with a textured light-grey fabric and a cozy throw draped over one of the seats. A round coffee table sits in front of the sofa, complemented by a green accent chair. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room.

I have rented with the hosts at another one of their locations and was genuinely looking forward to a little vacation. When I walked in, I genuinely started crying. Everything. Was. STOOOOOONING. The decorations, amenities, and extra supplies made it so that I didn’t need to leave at all. I stayed locked away for my stay and enjoyed every single second of my trip. I have already discussed with my womb mates and we are booking a girls trip for them to be able to experience how amazing the stay was too.

This place is super adorable and very close to the beach. The kids LOVED the indoor swings and our whole family felt very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful.
