Nice place! The location was by far the best thing about this Airbnb. You’re right across the street from beach access. Otherwise, place was simple and comfy. Fine for a beach area.

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Having rented quite a few places in the Topsail/Surf City area, my wife and I agreed that this was a top favorite. Will certainly look here for future stays.

The purple haze was in a great location, beach access was directly across the street. Plenty of restaurants and businesses were within walking distance. The outdoor shower was wonderful after spending the day at the beach.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is private yet close to all the fun on the island, with easy access to the beach—just a short five-minute walk across the street. The home is beautifully furnished, with comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and spotlessly clean throughout. The air conditioning kept everything perfectly cool, and we loved relaxing on the deck on with peaceful views of the sound. Our grandkid had a blast testing his fishing skills from the dock, and our cat adored watching the boats across the intracoastal waterway. There’s also a nice pool, quiet surroundings, and good parking. Everything you need for beach days is provided—you really don’t need to bring a thing! Kristin is an amazing host—super responsive, thoughtful, and helpful with great suggestions. Thank you again for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Everything was perfect with our stay! We loved that the house was in a quiet area and the beach is just steps away. There was an absolutely beautiful view of the beach from the living room & kitchen and comfy chairs to sit out and watch the waves. We love traveling to topsail and this is by far our favorite place to stay so far! We look forward to coming back in the future!

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at twin landings a. Easy access being on the beach. Great deck space to enjoy your morning coffee. And well kept space on the inside.

Alan was one of the best hosts we’ve had. There were a couple issues with the original condo booked and Alan did everything he could to correct things. We love the Surf Condos and plan to go back.

Had a great stay here. The location was perfect and close to a bunch of places to eat and carry out like Shaka Taco and Daily Grind. You could walk there in 20 minutes if you wanted. The courtyard pool area was beautiful and quiet and the access to the beach was quick and easy. The condo itself was cute and homey and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Louis was kind and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Love this place! Breathtaking views, close to everything, and very peaceful. It's steps away from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and has a beautiful pool that isn't overcrowded. The condo functional. My boyfriend and I found ourselves falling asleep on the Murphy beds listening to the ocean. The hosts were very responsive. Overall - great place to stay

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Lauren’s place! When we arrived check-in was simple with a code and check-out instructions were clear as well. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. The area was great because we were less than 8 minutes from pretty much everything you can think of. Thank you Lauren!

The place was perfect for all our needs. We were close to the beach. The unit was well decorated comfortable and clean. Callie was very responsive to any of our requests. We couldn’t have asked for more.

A perfect little spot for a couple! Incredibly easy walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops. The beach access right across from the unit wasn't overly crowded and made for relaxing and peaceful beach days.

Nothing short of amazing, the epitome of private yet not secluded. I would recommend this place a thousand times over, with lots to do in walking distance and a lot more within very short drives this home is beautiful!

Dan’s listing was an incredible place to stay at! The house was right next to the beach and had everything you could ever need to cook and clean. It is so nice to go to a house and not have to buy salt and pepper! Also, the house was not far down the island so getting to grocery stores off the island only took a few minutes! The place was very great for our group and we definitely recommend staying here for anyone who is considering this listing! I also appreciate how Dan tried to help us find parking when one of our guest had to arrive latter than intended and we were already over the parking allowed at the property! Thank you so much!

Loved this house for our MDW trip. We (6 adults and 3 little kids) had a great time. The house is well furnished and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. We loved the flow from the living room to the patio facing the beach, the oversized picnic table on the patio, and the tall island/kitchen table. Only negative for us was the narrow, spiral staircase, which we did not feel comfortable letting our 2 or 5 year old climb.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surf City! You truly can’t beat the location — just steps from the beach with direct access right off the back deck. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise was a highlight each morning. The house was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Plenty of space for the family, and easy access to town for restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent — responsive and helpful throughout.

We had a great time! Our group consisted of 3 generations with the youngest just turned one. The elevator was a great help for my husband who has knee issues. It was also super helpful for getting everything to the living area and bedrooms. We had lots of stuff with 3 kids ages 5 and under! The stairs were a bit of a concern with all the young ones but we brought our own pressure mounted baby gates that we used as a safety net. We also did a bit of our own baby proofing but we expected that as well. There are lots of steps to get to the beach but it was wonderful to have our own private beach access. It was a fantastic week to have our entire family together in one place for the first time in 2 years. The weather was great, only raining once and that was overnight.

Our stay at Bird Lane was great. The place was just as advertised. Very clean and well decorated. Very short walk to beach. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Top Sail.

Janine was an accommodating and communicative host! The space was clean and had awesome air conditioning (such a plus at the beach!). Awesome location just a few miles North of the Surf City bridge, and on a beautiful stretch of beach. Amazing deck! Would highly recommend.

The place was just as described and was perfect for our family beach getaway. The walk to the beach isn’t far, making it easy to spend as much or as little time at the beach as we wanted. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Jessie was very responsive with any questions. We would recommend and would book again.
