The Stable

We have a beautiful well planned spacious ground floor studio Flat.We converted our stables to provide a lovely living space with separate bathroom and kitchen, low ceilings giving cosy feel. This is situated in Farm surroundings with horses in the field. There are plenty of country walks and close to a number of beaches within the Gower. Beaches to name a few Mumbles, Rhossili LLangennith, Oxwich, Porteynon, Three Cliffs .We are situated on the welsh coastal path and the national cycle route.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Gills Hall Retreat

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

A small beautiful peaceful self contained character flat in part of old character cottage with cooking facilities etc 3 ACRES FOR HORSE STOP OVER also well behaved dogs ! A wood burning stove with one basket supplied! It was the Old Taylor's shop back in the days making clothes from cloth made in next doors Old Mill ! New barn conversion, in a quiet location only 10 minutes away from the Gower coast and a choice of at least 5 beaches. Dog friendly max 2. Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Lounge, kitchen & dining area are open plan providing one large family space. Small private garden with table &chairs.
