A magical walk from the property leads through the Whitford National Nature Reserve to both Whitford Sands and Broughton Bay (both are within half a mile). The Gower peninsular offers an array of beautiful coastal walks, open grasslands, woodland and marsh walks. It also boasts some of the most spectacular beaches in the UK.

Lovely Cottage (newly renovated) Riverside Cottage is a newly renovated barn conversion on a quiet lane in Rhossili within walking distance of three wonderful beaches; Mewslade, Fall Bay and Rhossili Bay which is often recommended as one of the best beaches in the UK. It is also great for many coastal and inland walks and surfing. The cottage is entirely self-contained (though attached at one end to the old farmhouse) and has its own spacious outdoor area with tables/seating/BBQ and parking.

With the Loughor Estuary and the Wales Coastal Path within walking distance. Situated close to the Gower, with a number of beautiful beaches and coastal walks. An hour's drive to the Brecon Beacons National Park with its amazing hills, forests and waterfalls. About an hour and a half drive leads to both Tenby and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

This beautifully presented and fully refurbished holiday cottage was originally built in 1892 and is situated on the edge of a quiet wooded area above Underhill park. It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Our Holiday Home is modern, cozy, benefits of SKY/wifi along with many other extras and definitely a home-from-home experience on our Gower Coast of natural beauty. It sleeps 6 plus availability of a travel cot if needed. Well behaved pets (2) also provided for. There is a log burner and starter packs are provided free from October to March. The garden is secure and backs onto the estuary where stunning sunsets and tidal changes can be photographed and watched.

The cottages are situated in the grounds of my house which has a large wall surrounding the property. entry to the courtyard is through a gated key pad entry. The cottages are situated I mile from town centre but pubs and eating places are nearer within walking distance.
