Situated approximately 40 metres from the waters edge, the property comprises of three bedrooms, all of which have uninterrupted views of estuary. It boasts large separate dining and living rooms with a log burner, smart TV and spacious kitchen. South facing enclosed garden with large patio. and rear access to store bikes / surfboards etc.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

We are only 8 Minutes from The Old Walls and Fairy Hill wedding venues and less than 20 mins from The Oxwich Bay Hotel. 1 Greenacres is the perfect base for a Gower Coast escape.

Secluded in style, with easy access to the magic of Gower. The Gallery has a genuine romantic air about it and is ideal for special occasions or just to treat yourself. It takes its name from the beautiful bedroom gallery, which was painstakingly reclaimed by local craftsmen from a nearby chapel. The Gallery although perfect for a romantic escape can accommodate a family using pop-up beds. the finish and furnishings give a real feel of luxury and something rather special.

Our Holiday Home is modern, cozy, benefits of SKY/wifi along with many other extras and definitely a home-from-home experience on our Gower Coast of natural beauty. It sleeps 6 plus availability of a travel cot if needed. Well behaved pets (2) also provided for. There is a log burner and starter packs are provided free from October to March. The garden is secure and backs onto the estuary where stunning sunsets and tidal changes can be photographed and watched.
