Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Fühle dich wie neugeboren, wenn du in diesem rustikalen Juwel übernachtest. Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and have a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. In just a few steps you can reach the train ( S60 ) , with which you can reach Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bike

A kitchen is also included with everything you need Including a washing machine. A small pool is waiting for you in summer and a garden.

We were delighted with our stay at Wolfgang's. The house inside is like new, spacious, very clean, very well equipped and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable. There's nothing missing. We felt right at home. Access to Vienna is very easy by car and then by metro. In addition, communication with Wolfgang is a very friendly and very pleasant person, he was always very responsive to answer any questions we had and give us all the information necessary for the smooth running of our stay. I recommend it 100 percent. Thank you again Wolfgang for your hospitality.

A very nice loft close from the tram station. That ensures easy connectivity to the centre. The place was clean and minimal, very nice for a couple / small family

Lovely apartment in a peaceful block, with a great supermarket just across the courtyard. Was perfect for my stay in Vienna, close to the Metro and short ride to the centre.

A very nice apartment, perfect for 2 couples. We felt very comfortable! Everything as described. A very nice and friendly landlady who responds quickly. The apartment is not in the middle of the city, but the nearest subway station is only 2 minutes away on foot and from there you can get where you want to be very quickly. Also a supermarket is near. All in all it was a very nice vacation and the accommodation was perfect. We'd love to come back!
