Aconchego Fazenda. Beautiful view!

Our house “Aconchego” is in a privileged location between Itajubá (15 km) and Maria da Fé (9 km) at an altitude of 1,100 m. The house has easy access and less than 1 km of dirt road, and at the same time is in a calm and quiet place. The sunset is wonderful, and you can enjoy this beautiful view while lighting a fire, from the barbecue, and from the bedroom windows. We have fiber optic wifi, TV, and a bluetooth speaker. A large grassy area. We rent for events, see the rates.

It's a simple house, but with everything you need to rest. We have a swimming pool, barbecue area, cozy indoor and outdoor spaces. Our house is not luxurious, but you will enjoy the proximity to nature and the ease of the city. Just 5 minutes from the center, you can count on Uber, Ifood and good quality Internet.
