Központi helyen a belvárosban, a Széchenyi tértől 8 perc sétára. Frissen felújított magasföldszinti lakás kiadó. A lakás teljesen felszerelt, a konyha teljes mértékben berendezett. A lakás mögött a parkolás biztonságosan mindig megoldható. A lovely little flat located at the heart of the city, only 8 minutes walk away from Szechenyi Square. The flat is newly renovated and it is fully furnished and equipped. Parking is possible behind the building, right under the balcony of the flat.

Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. The pedestrian street, Király street, a few steps away, Pécs National Theater 1 minute, Széchenyi Square 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto kettle, flat screen TV with 80 channels, toaster, kettle, iron ....

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
