Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Szeretettel várok mindenkit teljeskörűen felújított belváros közeli lakásomba. Az apartmanban Netflix és Disney+ streaming-előfizetések, illetve Wi-Fi biztosítja a kikapcsolódást. Frissen, stílusosan felújított apartman a történelmi belváros és az egyetemek (BTK, ÁOK) között félúton, 10 perc sétatávolságra mindkét városrésztől. Az apartman atmoszférája egyedi, minden apró részletét igyekeztünk ebbe illeszteni. Jól felszerelt, Nespresso kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikrohullámú sütő, mosogatógép, hajszárító szolgálja vendégeink kényelmét.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
