Our accommodation is located in the heart of Pécs, in the immediate vicinity of Széchenyi Square, in a patinated building. The apartment is newly renovated, modern in style, with a light beige color scheme and a clean interior design. The spacious, one-air living room and bedroom exude a comfortable, airy atmosphere. The equipment is carefully selected, harmonious in color and form. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or business visitors who like to have everything at their fingertips – cafes, restaurants, and attractions are all within a few minutes' walk.

At night, a large French bed awaits you, with a memory mattress and anti-allergenic pillows. Jól felszerelt a kényelmes tartózkodáshoz, az utcán vendégeink részére bérelt parkolóhellyel egy autó részére. A lakás kiválóan alkalmas családok részére, mert 2 fürdőszoba, 2 wc és egy közösségi térrel is rendelkezik. Az apartman a 4. emeleten található, lift nincs, azonban cserébe páratlan panoráma terül elénk a teraszról, Székesegyház, Tv torony, a belvárosra néz.

Remembering the active scene of the art, music scene, the traces of the place, such as the doors of the entrance and hallway filled with stickers over the years. However, today, SZOBA awaits its guests as a fully equipped apartment that meets all needs, in a central location (Király Street) in the heart of the city. I look forward to welcoming everyone to my fully renovated apartment near the city center. The apartment has Netflix and Disney+ streaming subscriptions and Wi-Fi for relaxation. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.
