The whole family can relax in a quiet accommodation in a country style. 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood stove. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

The house is located at an altitude of 625 meters on the southwestern slope of Černá hora, 450 meters from the center of Černý Důl and 750 meters from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

Apartment Hajnej is a cozy and luxuriously equipped accommodation in a 26 m² mountain cottage. It offers a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine and an oven, a bathroom with a shower. In the bedroom there are spring medical mattresses + 1 full extra bed and 4K TV (Netflix, YouTube). Thanks to its location, it combines tranquility and an authentic mountain atmosphere with walking distance to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. A perfect place for relaxation and an active holiday in the Krkonoše Mountains.

Horská Chata - Base Camp Medvedin

Během pobytu na tomto jedinečném místě tě obklopí zvuky přírody - šumění řeky a lesů v okolí. Útulné chaty, glampingové domky a apartmánová studia celoročního kempu přímo u skiareálu Medvědín jsou perfektním zázemím pro rodinnou dovolenou v zimě i v létě. Jsme přímo pod sjezdovku a při příznivých sněhových podmínkách lze ke sjezdovce dojet na lyžích. Všechny chaty i apartmánová studia mají svou vlastní koupelnu a kuchyňský koutek. Psi - poplatek je 200,- pes/noc, max. 2 psi. Hradí se na místě.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
