Great accommodation, everything within driving distance, in case of any need for a bigger city it is about 10 minutes drive. Everything was perfect, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is rather spacious with a very well-equipped kitchen. It would be suitable even for longer stays. The internet is fast and the parking is easy. Sylvia was always friendly and proactively making sure that everything was alright.

We had a great stay with my family, the apartment was as described and had a beautiful view. Communicating with your host is also great.

An amazing place in beautiful Karpniki. Wonderful area for hiking, I know the Giant Mountains quite well, but the pleasure of hiking in Rudawa is indescribable. Terrain with a tremendous history! The mill itself is lovingly restored, you can see that the owners have put a lot of effort into it! Clean, well-maintained, with atmospheric extras! Breathtaking view from every window! Fully fenced area, which was important to us due to the fearful dog. And if the dog could, it would stay on the property. You'll receive clear check-in instructions from hosts, plus lots of interesting facts to explore in the area right away, which is super helpful for visitors to this region for the first time. Enough to say we'll be back 100%!!

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful hotel, the place matches the photos, there were also towels that were not written in the amenities. The accommodation also has one parking space in the underground garage, where there is also a ski box. Attention the apartment is not part of Hotel Pecr, so there is no free access to wellness and breakfast.

I would highly recommend this place! :-) It's very cozy! I was very torn back and forth every evening, whether I go to the restaurant or prefer something self-cooked in front of the oven fire. The place is just out of town, less than 10 minutes walk. If you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. It was very clean and tidy. The host ensures the utmost comfort. I would book again.

Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! Accommodation in Pec pod Sněžkou completely met our expectations. The apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped – there was absolutely nothing we needed during our stay. We especially appreciate the modern bathroom and well-equipped kitchen where we could cook without any problems. The location is ideal – quiet place close to the center, with a beautiful view and great access to hiking trails and the cable car to Sněžka. Parking at the property was seamless, which we really appreciated in the mountain area. The communication with the host was fast, welcoming, and impeccable. Everything was perfectly prepared and the stay went smoothly. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

Very comfortable, cozy and nice accomodation. Very silent place in nature. Aneta is very polite person, gave us many tips where to spend some time or what is good to see. I can really recommend this accomodation to everyone!

There were four of us for a week for a ski vacation in Spindlermühlen. We enjoyed the accommodation very much. It is located close to the slopes, clean and tidy. The hostess was kind and responded quickly to our messages. The place is definitely worth the price. We enjoyed the time very much. :-)

On my second day at Anna's place, my fiancé told me, "this is the best day of my life!" Honestly, I could go into great detail about how large the place is, how comfortable it is, how great the bathroom and bath is, how the blackout curtains make it very easy to sleep in, how gorgeous the surrounding area is... all of that. And it's all there. But the fact that my fiancé was crying with joy on our second day there (and was crying a little when we left) makes this place more than worth the money we paid. And I'm eternally grateful to Anna for letting us stay here on such short notice. Thank you so much for making such an incredible experience for us.

Very successful stay. Cozy apartment with full equipment. We didn't miss anything. The host sent comprehensive instructions before check-in so we knew how to get around the property. Access to pools and saunas in the same building is a definite plus. We'll be back:)

We had a nice time, unfortunately too short. Small things that were missing were submitted immediately. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken, but sauna was great. We would come back. 😃

Accommodation as described, but a hotplate is complicated for cooking. Very warm welcome. Host to contact by phone rather than by message but otherwise very responsive.

Quite place with everything you need to have a rest with a mountains view and forest just under the hand. Highest level of support from hosts! Recommended!
