We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

An atmospheric 63-square-meter (677-square-foot) apartment in a monitored building on the Market Square, close to all the historic sites. Just a few steps from restaurants, landmarks, and attractions. The apartment has: a bedroom with a 160cmx200cm bed, a desk/dressing table and a three-door wardrobe; a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping area about 140cmx220cm), a single sofa bed (sleeping area 104cmx190cm), a three-door wardrobe, a dresser and a smart TV, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen.

In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

Włókna Inn is a modern, heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden. On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.
