Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pawleys Island

My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The house was very cleaned and felt like home. Jessica and her husband were very kind and was able to help us with any request we needed. We look forward into coming back to sty there when we are in the area.

We stayed here for a Mother-Daughter weekend for my daughter's 13th birthday with her best friend and her Mom and it was a perfect house. Comfortable, well equipped and close to Georgetown and Pawley's Island. It was on a quiet street and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone coming to Georgetown.

Our family of 6 with young adult and teen kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! The house is new, beautiful, clean, and is the perfect mix of home and resort. We enjoyed family game nights, meditative mornings on the balcony, comfortable space for all, and all we would need for days at the beach. April is an extremely responsive host and created a home that anticipated all of our needs.

We had a wonderful winter beach stay at Gardenia with our family of 5. It was well stocked with toys and books for young children. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully including high-end linens. The outside staircase makes it difficult to use the downstairs king bedroom if you have young children but we made it work. It is across the street from the beach and creek boat ramp, which was extremely convenient. Lots of attention to small details made it feel like home! Anna was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely book again!

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing does not do this home justice. While the pictures are accurate when you walk in it is so much more! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, Allison left cookies and provided coffee and coffee supplies making us feel welcome. I loved the large yard with the stream behind it. The pool is small but has plenty of room to relax and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. I had a slight issue on my behalf and Allison accommodated me this I am forever grateful for. Allison also provided a binder of area restaurants, attractions and my favorite church's. Overall I believe this is the absolute best home I have rented in the area.

Shari was there to meet us after a long drive and she immediately interacted and bonded with our littles while showing us the house and space. She was easily available for any questions and came outside if she saw us playing to check-in. She had gates, a crib, high chair and toys ready and out for us as well as beach supplies. This all made a long drive easier with less packing to squish in the car. Thanks!

Pelicans Perch was very private, relaxing and clean. Plenty of space and they have everything you need and things that you don’t think of but have on hand. The host was spot on responding and very friendly. There are excellent restaurants and grocery stores less than 7 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again! As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. We had such a great stay here! Paul and Christine were wonderful hosts who were very welcoming of us and our 10 year old chatty Corgi mix. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out in, including a beautiful enclosed dog run in the back that has a hammock, chairs and garden. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, and walkable to nearby restaurants (we drove because of the dog). The location is perfect for Murrells Inlet and the drive to the beach was only about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Cathy was an amazing host! We enjoyed our stay at her place! Easy checking in / out. It was the perfect spot for my husband and myself. It’s in walking distance of Hot Fish Club. Very nice spot. We will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment in North Myrtle Beach! This unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, allowing our group to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is stunning and the inside of the place itself is lovely. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach! It is conveniently close to a grocery store and several other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for an extended stay. Ervisa, as well as her partner Jon, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She also provided me with her number, ensuring she was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book this rental again in the future :).

Great condo, wonderful location 2 miles from Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from garden city pier! Waters Edge building has everything you’d need; Pool, hot tub, plenty of seating, bar, restaurant and gift shop. Both towns are within walking distance. The condo has plenty of room for 6 people! Did I mention they are gated and security on a life guarded beach! Oh and a parking garage. The views are amazing! Book it and have a great time. Josh was very responsive. But everything was good from the start, so I didn’t have to bother him other than check in and out. I recommend eating at least one meal at Millstone Biscuit company! Don’t go home without eating breakfast or lunch there!

We had a wonderful stay during our first family beach trip with our 7 month old. The beach was easy to access and the views were beautiful. The pool was clean and never crowded. Their was minimal noise from neighbors which made sleeping with an infant a lot easier. We will definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for our group of four guys. We visited for a golf trip and it was exactly what we needed. It was within 5-10 minutes from the courses, 2-3 minute walk to the pool, and the property was bigger than what the pictures portrayed. Very clean - didn’t have any negative feedback from the group. If you plan to visit Myrtle Beach, keep in mind that it’ll take you a good 40-50 minutes from here. Would recommend this for any group! Susan was a great host and very responsive.

Holly's condo was so nice! Easy to walk to 6+ restaurants and within driving distance to all Myrtle Beach entertainment. Condo was clean and right next to beach access. I loved being able to sit out on the front porch and relax. The shower was not small like some people described, in fact it has two seats and felt very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make a few basic meals. This place is a gem 😊

This was our 5th trip to Murrells Inlet and our 2nd time staying in this building. We like that it's not a huge high rise (only 4 stories) and that there is on-site parking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I on our little get-away. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the view was unbeatable and we had some great weather to enjoy the beach. We brought our own beach chairs but there were some provided in a storage closet. Todd and Mandy were very responsive and accommodating during our trip. We had one hiccup when we arrived and they responded very quickly with a phone call and assistance. We definitely enjoyed our stay at "A Wave from It All"!

The condo was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The kitchen had basic cookware and there were plenty of plates, forks, etc. The bathroom was clean, with great water pressure in the shower. A nice surprise was that the downstairs bedroom has a king bed (queen in description), as does the upstairs loft. The best part is the location to the beach. It’s right across the street from a public access, which is for golf carts only. This meant less car traffic in and out. I would stay here again! Great spot for the price! Thank you to the hosts!

It was a pleasure to stay at Jessica's place. She was a very responsive host and accommodated us in every way possible. "Happy Place" is just like the name describes it, a peaceful place I could relax at be at ease like my home. Would definitely stay here again if I visit again.

We stayed at the Adorable Oceanfront Getaway and it was perfect for our family! The space was clean, inviting, and in the best location! The kitchen and living space worked great for meal time and relaxing after a day in the sun. Ashley was a great host and even had a highchair for our youngest. (Plus beach chairs, a cooler, and sand toys.) She thought of everything! Her communication was quick and informative. We will definitely be booking again!

We had a great vacation! Patricia was great at answering all of our questions in a timely manner even when we got in very late on the first night. The only issue we had was parking on the very first night which was a Saturday and we were not familiar with the area. The rest of the week we were able to come and go as needed and not worry about parking. Even on Friday night of Memorial Day weekend, we were back in after dinner about 9pm and there were still a couple spots. Condo was as pictured and check in/out was very easy.
