Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Paúba Beach

The stay and experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

We loved our stay at Antônio's house, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, a truly clean, organized, equipped and tasteful environment. House in a safe, quiet and well-located place. We needed Antônio's support with the water filter and the shower resistance and he promptly helped us and solved the setback. Super commendate staff.

Great house, all rooms with bathroom, large kitchen, and the area on the top floor is a charm apart. In addition, the house is in a gated community, which brings more security for those who want to relax. It is very close to the beach – about 15 minutes on foot – and only 10 minutes by car from the centrinho de Maresias.

Pauba is already amazing and with Nívia's accommodation it became unforgettable!!! We were greeted with a lot of love and affection, Nívia thought of every detail and we felt the care without even knowing her personally, the impression is that we had known her for a long time. Always communicative and helpful, she sent several tips about the region and kept in touch at all times. The accommodation was undoubtedly one of the best we have ever stayed in, everything was clean, fragrant and equipped. We didn't want for anything, we are grateful and warm-hearted to return as soon as possible!! Those who rent never regret it! Kisses and a thousand hearts for Nívia. I loved the place, close to Pauba beach, which is beautiful by the way! The house is good for spending the weekend relaxing with the family! The only thing I didn't like was the amount of mosquitoes, which I already knew I would have because of where the house is and it was also in the description. Very good location and house!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is excellent and super prepared for cooking and barbecuing. The location is also very good, close to the beach at the entrance 20. We would definitely stay at the house again.

We stayed as a couple with two children for a weekend. The location is very good. Right in front of the beach, there is a market, and restaurants nearby. Parking is a plus, because the area is bad for parking. You can do everything on foot. The host is very responsive, and responds quickly. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning and all necessary kitchen utensils. Great cost-benefit option. We loved it.

The accommodation matches the description, it is close to the beach, bakery and the center with restaurants. It has all the utensils, towels, bed linens and pillows. Everything was ok!

What a happiness it was to host us in this space! The Witch beach is so close to the beach to consider backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us in everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by Shakira kitty, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

We went as two people, we loved the accommodation. It is an extremely calm and quiet place, very close to the beach, the house provides chairs and sun umbrellas (which in our case we only used 1 day, because there is a lot of shade from trees on the beach). Very comfortable double mattress, basic kitchen utensils that served us very well. The house was clean and organized, with air conditioning. Leo was very attentive on our arrival, with guidance on everything, we did self check-in and check-out, it was very quiet and he managed to give us flexible hours. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is totally residential, and very quiet as well. Guaecá beach is wonderful, very beautiful, very clear water, few kiosks and very quiet (we went in May/2025)! We will definitely be back.

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!
