Corinne was a sweetheart, and the canine reception won our hearts. 🥰 The location is great, very close to the historic center. The place is exactly like in the pictures. We were accommodated very well and loved the stay. The kitchen was super functional, served us very well and the shower water was super plentiful and warm, even in the 15⁰C of the mountains. As for negative points, we just think the cleanliness left something to be desired. And the sofa bed could be a little softer and more comfortable too.

I spent a quiet night. It's a kitchenette adapted for basic functions. In the back, quiet and private. The bathroom is narrow, the shower is good and the towel dries in the electric heater. I didn't cook, but you can prepare quick meals. The entrance to the building is a commercial gallery. Doorsmen are friendly. The host was quick to contact me. The negative point was a cat smell that seemed to be coming from the neighbor.

Simply impeccable! The apartment is exactly as advertised — clean, well-equipped, comfortable and decorated with impressive good taste. You can see that the host thought of every detail with affection. The stay was wonderful from start to finish, with a highlight also for the delicious coffee she runs on the ground floor of the building: cozy, well served and with excellent service. I saw a previous comment that was quite exaggerated and, frankly, it seems that the person mistook hosting for therapy. Nothing that was mentioned corresponds to the reality we found — on the contrary, we had a quiet, welcoming stay with all the necessary support. I recommend it with my eyes closed and, if possible, I'll come back other times!

In a word, Marcelo's apartment is impeccable. Extremely clean, fragrant, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds. It perfectly accommodates a couple and two children. Full kitchen. Great Wi-Fi signal and Claro TV. I highly recommend Marcelo's apartment on a trip to Petropolis.

I was very well received, Gabriel was a sweetheart to me the whole time, he showed me all the things in the house, he welcomed me very well, he made me feel super comfortable as if it were my own home! The house is too wonderful, I felt super comfortable as if I lived there, I left wanting to stay. the house was super clean, just waiting for me and when I left I left everything organized. I totally recommend spending a weekend at this house, because it's really worth it. Thanks Gabriel for all the attention and affection you gave me, I'm still very happy.

The house is very large and extremely clean. It is in a high place and has a very beautiful view. If you're hosting in winter, bring some nice warm blankets! Carol and Roberta were very helpful. We hope to return at another time.

Marcelo's place is perfect! We were in a group of 10 people and everyone was very well accommodated and comfortable. The description and photos correspond exactly to what the house is like, but seeing the house in person exceeded my expectations. The house is very well maintained and has all the items for you to prepare your meal, including a perfect poolside barbecue. The location is also perfect, as it is very close to the center of Miguel Pereira. Still, the house has a lot of privacy and tranquility. Marcelo's house provided a remarkable experience for our family.

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all the leisure infrastructure and close to all the shops. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TVs and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!
