Beautiful apartment, recently renovated, with a project aimed at providing comfort and convenience to guests. Located with the tranquility of a beautiful green view of the Parque da República, but also half a block from the metro and Rua do Catete, a street surrounded by shopping options, restaurants, pharmacies and markets. We have one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds that can be integrated into the other bedroom, which makes the apartment a great option for families with children.

Front to Aterro do Flamengo, to the beach, next to the museum of the Republic, 600m from the metro, bus stop and bike station in front of the building. Parking in front, on the street.
