It was a pleasure to stay at Walquiria's place. The property accommodated us very well. In addition, the location is very practical for those who like to walk. The house is very close to Rua Torta, with good dining options just a few minutes' drive and easy access to the town centre. The neighborhood is totally residential and we feel very safe. Our stay was very quiet and Walquiria was helpful to our needs. We had an unforeseen event before our arrival and she was very understanding. That made a big difference. It is noteworthy that she was always very cordial and full of empathy. We missed the top sheets, as they only had those of elastic that serve to cover the mattresses. Vale rethink the supply of bath towels. But, we knew this wasn't included. Another detail is that on sunny days the house really gets very hot, even with the windows and doors open. Regardless, our stay was wonderful.

The house is in a great neighborhood, quiet and close to the center. The space is very nice, cozy and well equipped. We found everything very well maintained and clean. The hostess is very kind and the contact with her flows very well. We hope to return!

The house is super cozy, you feel at home, tranquility around, nature, close to the center. Ilara was super communicative and we were also greeted with coffee and cake, which gave a charm. There is lawn space and our 2 puppies were super comfortable, no doubt I will return.

The house met all our needs, with comfort, privacy and security. With clean and organized environments, we enjoy great moments of relaxation and joy. The host is very kind and attended to us promptly the few times we requested, since everything matched what was advertised. We just missed having more bath towel dryers, for the number of people the house can accommodate, but that didn't disrupt our pleasant stay. We will return at another time, for sure, and we have already shared it with our friends who are looking for a pleasant, clean environment and have a 10-star host.

Quiet Local, large house as described on the listing. Cool outdoor area with court, soccer field, swimming pool and sauna. Kitchen with worn-out appliances, but catering. The house is old and needs some maintenance. But my family spent super pleasant days in this house, with lots of fun and joy. Improved points: repair the fence of the vollei court, upgrade the appliances, offer bedding and pillows ( even if optional).

The house is quite comfortable and has a great view. We ensured great moments for my family and friends. The host and co-host are very attentive and dedicated. The Galician lime feet in the backyard contributed to the experience positively. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable house. The spaces for the fire pit and barbecue outside are great! The condominium has a green area for sports and a swimming pool. The backyard, in front of the house, doesn't have as much privacy as it looks in the photos. The location is great. Close to the village of Vale das Videiras and at the same time with total tranquility. Close to a waterfall, easy to access and a place for picnics. Garage next to the house. We'll be back!

We had a very nice stay. The place is very quiet, contact with nature. Fresh, clean air. Priscila is very nice. The house is clean, organized. Good condominium and the city of Miguel Pereira is wonderful. We loved it and recommend it.

We went with 16 people and everyone was well accommodated in the 8 suites! We went to enjoy the tomato festival, but the highlight was the ranch... haha Perfect stay! Everything super clean and organized! The place is exactly as the listing! Everything was working: (toto, pool, barbecue.... and we will highlight the showers of the suite.. sensational....) Oops... I can't forget the lake... We have a little boat that we use and take several photos.... The children were thrilled to be able to fish in the lake... Just gratitude!!

If you're looking for a place to rest and get closer to nature, Luiz's site is a good choice. I went with my family to spend the Easter period and it was very satisfying. No phone signal will reach you. But the internet is very good and it accounted for the need for work that accompanied me on this trip. The house has a beautiful and huge outdoor area. There are independent accesses to different points of the space. The fully equipped kitchens made it easy because we didn't go out to explore the region. The rooms are not large, but it wasn't something that got in the way. We were unable to use the pool due to low temperature. The place is perfect for those traveling with pets. My SRD loved. We only miss a TV in the bedroom area. There is only that of the dining room and for large groups, difficult to reconcile everyone's desire. In addition, we took two days of rain, and it was bad to have to ‘get out’ to have this leisure. And it is worth highlighting Márcia e Biro, extremely considerate and kind!

Wonderful stay! The cabin is just perfect — I enjoyed every moment, both during the sunny day and at night, with the fog bringing a special charm. Everything was new, clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host was extremely polite and attentive, always available and proactive. Completely cozy and large space, supporting the entire family. They were wonderful days at Murilo's house. Easy to find, good location and with a silence characteristic of that region. The house has all the equipment and utensils to stay several and several days without having to go to the street. We are super satisfied and sure of a return soon.

Everything was great! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. As soon as we entered, we could smell the cleanliness of the place, as well as the bed linen and towels, all impeccably clean. We love and indicate!

Excellent value for solo travelers or couples. A ten-star location: the main sights are within walking distance. Comfortable, beautiful and clean apartment. For those more sensitive to street noise (motorcycles, etc.) it can make it difficult to sleep, for me it was super easy to sleep. In the future, returning to the city, I would return to the space for sure.

Our stay at Cláudia's was great! We were welcomed by the homemade Lauro and his wife. The house was clean, we found the necessary utensils, clean and smelling bath and bedding. The location is very good! With nearby commerce, but in a quiet street. One detail I thought was very good is that the house has gates and doors in every room !
