The villa’s main living area is on the upper floor. The first of the five double bedrooms, each with en suite shower room, is on the same floor. Stairs lead down to the lower floor and directly into a living room. There are four double bedrooms on this level, two of which with a single extra sofabed each, and a third with an extra bunk bed. Each with their own bathroom with shower. The self-contained dependence comes with a double bed and bathroom with shower. To recap: Upper floor: 1 double. Lower floor: 1 double (+ 1 single sofsbed), 1 double (+ 1 single sofsbed), 1 double (+ 1 bunk bed), 1 double. Guest house: 1 double . Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

The house faces north/west overlooking the archaeological area and the Tyrrhenian Sea with the island of Vulcano on the horizon. To the south, you can see the Nebrodi and Etna.
