The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Patresi, where the apartment is located, is a very small town suitable for those who want to discover the lesser-known and less frequented Elba. Considering that there is no grocery store on site, you need to go to nearby towns (5 minutes by car) to buy fresh bread and milk, while the supermarkets are in Marciana Marina and Marina di Campo (30 minutes by car). The road is always panoramic and the sunsets are priceless. Free linen is provided to motorcyclists.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Annex immersed in the garden of a typical Tuscan farm, we are in the countryside of Marina di Castagneto Carducci close to the sea, which can be reached on foot or by bike along the adjacent cycle path for about 2 km. Il Timo holiday home offers a fantastic veranda overlooking the sea. The 40 m2 structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. It can therefore accommodate up to 3 people. It has private parking in front of the house. One pet is allowed. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV.

La Caletta house is suitable for couples and solitary adventurers. It is a small renovated farmhouse once used as a wine warehouse, with a breathtaking view of the sea to be admired from the two terraces ... one to the east for breakfast, the other to the west ideal for having an aperitif at sunset...
