Villa vacation rentals in Passarella

This is a wonderful villa. It consists of four self-contained flats and a communal large dining room / lounge and kitchen. You only pay person who actually stays, but have the use of as many of the flats as you need to accommodate those who stay (up to 10 persons altogether), and your party has exclusive use of the shared kitchen and dining room / lounge. There is a lovely private garden and outdoor eating area, and a very good barbecue. The area is very peaceful. We went on lovely walks down the lanes straight out of the front door. You will need a vehicle to stay. We found Vicenza (1/2 hour), Padova (1/2 hour) and Venezia (1 hour) all quite easily reachable with a car. Alvise was very responsive and helpful, living in a small house nearby in the grounds. We considered it very good value for money, and would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

We had a really wonderful stay at Casa Cantia. The property is indescribably beautiful and is slightly elevated in the middle of vineyards. Just as you imagine rural Italy: quiet, idyllic and enchanting. The accommodation is super easy to find and is the perfect starting point for many activities. Whether city trips like Venice, Verona or Padua, everything is easy to reach by car or train. Numerous hiking trails complete the region for the perfect vacation. Casa Cantia is located in the courtyard of an old villa and the cool stone walls and the location in the middle of nature and the vineyards make it a true oasis of tranquility. The rural charm of the apartment was reinterpreted in a new and modern way, incredibly beautiful details and we lacked nothing. Luigi was the perfect host; super friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. The vacation in Casa Cantia far exceeded our expectations.

Amazing small town view. Everything was just perfect. Working fireplace was a huge plus. House and property is situated for total privacy. The Church next door will make for a unique experience and superb photos. We will return.

I liked everything. Snow-white crisp linen. Modern interior design. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher, TV and washing machine. There is no oven and kettle. It's a five minute walk to the sea, as it says in the listing. Sun loungers need to be bought separately, the company does not have a contract with the beach, it is not very convenient. The company has responsive staff, all issues were resolved with lightning speed. Thank you! P.S for those first time in these parts. There are a lot of mosquitoes and midges that bite. It is not possible to sit on the terrace. They also fly into the house. But this is a problem in the region as a whole, not a claim against the firm.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Amazing property. The host and all the property personal were very kind and helpful. There are options for food delivery and such, but it is very difficult to go to grocery store or restaurants without vehicle. Taxi service in this area is not reliable and the closest train station is about 30 min drive. However, the host is genuinely caring and helpful. We did not have a vehicle however, the property personal were very willing to help us with food ordering and helping arrange rides and communicating was very easy by text or call. Our kids loved the pool, the bunnies, the chickens the privacy. The road is busy, but not a highway, just an occasional car from time to time. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space and we had 2 queen beds and a pull out we did not use. Could house much more. Good bathroom space as well. In my opinion, the property personal went above and beyond what they needed to. Would stay again absolutely. Have nothing negative to say.

Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group was a large group of 9 adults attending an event for the weekend. The rental was perfect for us. This is a beautiful spacious house, It was very well equipped for taking meals at the house and perfectly clean. The location was fantastic, a very short stroll to the beach, close by to mini market and bakery, pharmacy and several restaurants. The hosts were responsive when we needed to ask questions and there were helpful suggestions and notices around the house. I would highly recommend this house.

The stay was very nice. There is plenty of space for accommodation. It should be clear that the house is not brand new & of course already has some signs of wear and tear. Some towels should be replaced. Still, it's a nice house. We also particularly liked the roof terrace hot tub to cool off. The house is very close to Park Hemingway. Ideal for dog owners and families with kids. Basically, the location of the house is very good from our point of view. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. But also various restaurants and other excursion locations are well & often quickly accessible from the accommodation. There is also a Lidl nearby. The hostess Teresa is very friendly & received us easily & uncomplicatedly. She was always easily & quickly accessible & also answered our inquiries quickly & reliably. Thank you so much for this. We were very pleased & recommend this place!

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

This apartment was just perfect! It was extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately left a positive impression. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. All the necessary amenities were provided, including bicycles, which gave us a lot of pleasure. Especially child-friendly, with lots of play opportunities nearby. The only downside was the beds, which were a little uncomfortable. Nevertheless, a great place for a family vacation – we will be happy to come back!

A very nice house, in 5 minutes you are at the beach and the pool area was also very nice and clean. The shopping was also nearby. Fully equipped apartment, cleaning supplies were sufficiently available. Everything was very nice and appealing.

The villa is very large and has a rustic charm to it. We had a large family gathering and it was perfect. A lot of space and the garden/yard is massive. The deck and table outside just off the kitchen was great especially with three young children. Surrounding area is wonderful and the villa fits perfectly in that context. The proximity to Padova and Venice is a plus too. Our host was always very kind and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. It was a very nice stay for us.

Daniela already had great reviews, but the stay at "Cà Giuggiola" went beyond expectations! The house is spacious, very quiet, equipped with every comfort and perfect for a relaxing vacation. For those who want to disconnect without having to do a hundred thousand activities even on vacation, this place is the right one. Everything is made even more unique by Daniela's kindness, availability, friendliness and smile, always ready to make guests feel at ease. Also highly recommended is the pizzeria you run, along with your beautiful family, equally kind and friendly. Nearby there are many nice and uncrowded towns, above all the beautiful Treviso and Valdobbiadene with its hills full of rows of vines ready to become Prosecco. Piave also has its own charm, naturalistic and historic. Everything is highly recommended!

It was super nice, we had two great weeks. The house is very clean and well equipped, the pool is great. Laura was very friendly and always easily accessible. All in all highly recommended.
