Villa vacation rentals in Pašman

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is right on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it's not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The furnishings are great, the existing SUP is a big plus and also allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We had a lovely stay at Anita's house. The bedrooms are very nice and clean. You do need a car to go to the city or the beach. The town nearby does not have much. However, there is a good supermarket within walking distance of the house. We found the pool on the small side, but neat and clean. Bath towels were available. Very nice! Otherwise it was fine.

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

The host Vlatko and his parents were overall very pleasant and friendly hosts. They responded quickly and accommodatingly to short inquiries, for example, a knife sharpener was brought by the next day on request. The location of the villa is a bit remote, you can easily relax a little louder in the pool or jacuzzi in the evening. The surrounding mountains allow for excellent climbing or hiking tours. It is also about 40 minutes from Zadar. The equipment provided by the accommodation was impeccable and especially the stand-up paddle boards were great for enjoying the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away. Finally, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation here, only the rather bright living and dining room is great during the day, but a little bright for people sleeping in the living room. We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

Misto II was everything we hoped for and more! The location is perfect—super quiet and private but just a quick drive to Primosten. We loved the pool, the outdoor seating area, and the stunning views. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

There was nothing missing in the two apartments. There is even a fully automatic coffee machine in the lower apartment. The facility corresponded exactly to the illustrations. It was all to our complete satisfaction! Glad to come back.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received clear instructions, which made the stay pleasant from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool area, which offered us many opportunities to spend time full of fun. The garden house with the well-equipped kitchen was also a highlight. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space, which was especially pleasant as we were a group of 9 people. The five toilets and three bathrooms were a big plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. Everything was very clean, and everything was really thought of – from A to Z everything was available to us. We had a great five days and can only recommend the accommodation.

We had an excellent stay! Marta was a gracious host, responding promptly to all our questions. The accommodation was outstanding, and we had a wonderful time with the kids. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

Wow! What can I say. We chose the villa due to the fantastic views and Villa photos in the AirBnB listing and we were not disappointed. In fact the photos did not do it justice. The villa was luxurious and spotlessly clean and came with all the mod cons for entertaining the extended family. The host was extremely friendly, taking time to tour the property and point out all of the amenities etc. and also sharing information on places to eat and visit. Check-in was extremely flexible - we arrived 2 hours before our early check-in time and were allowed on to the property as soon as we arrived - which we were extremely grateful, having a 6 month old baby in tow! In short, the host, the villa and the location made for the perfect family holiday.

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

It's been a wonderful week ☺️ The house is the same as in the pictures beautifully 🤩 a super great location, clean, we felt sooo comfortable right away. Luka is soooo nice, we definitely made new friends. The pool, cleanliness, everything was perfect 🤩 We will be back anytime.

We spent a week in the apartment and felt very much at home. The views were stunning and by gym, pool and parking, everything was covered. You absolutely need a car to get into town. Communication with Slaven was smooth, he was quick to respond and helpful. Glad to come back!

This place is amazing! And the hosts, were awesome. I think I may have been the best Airbnb experience we ever had. I loved the setting of the house in the country side. It was the peaceful and beautiful. It’s was centrally located for parks and city’s, but gives you an opportunity to experience more of the countryside side instead of staying in a city. We loved it!

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.
