Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

This home is cleaned to Covid standards and it has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. It also has Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom.
