There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Charming and spacious fully furnished three bedroom home in Pearland, Texas. A safe, quiet, family neighborhood, near FM 518 & FM 2351, and very near Friendswood. This is a very welcoming and very private Pasadena/ Deer Park home. Only you and your guests will reside on the property and no one else. It has a self check- in key code so late night check ins are ok. It has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress.
