A spacious two-room apartment with a large solar balcony in a historic building creates a special atmosphere for a holiday. The apartment is located on the border of the city center and the beach district, the city center and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment building is a real architectural gem, the house is surrounded by a closed garden that is perfect for families with children. There is a private parking space in the courtyard! Our studio is located in an older traditional wooden house on the ground floor, it's fully renovated, and is perfect for a couple traveling alone or with kids. It's located in 10 minutes walking from the beach, 10 minutes away from the city center, and 5 minutes away from the central market. Parking is free on the streets next to the house. There is a space to leave a stroller in the common corridor. NB. No loud noise is allowed between 10pm and 9am. We wish you a pleasant stay!
