Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

המארחים היו אדיבים וחביבים מאוד ועזרו במה שבקשנו, הדירה סופר נוחה , גדולה ועם כל מה שצריך לשהות . סופרים במרחק של מס' דקות נסיעה, הנוף מהדירה הראה את כל מה שיפה באיזור הכפרי. שקט מאוד. המיקום היה מאוד נוח לטיול כוכב באיזור של אמיליה רומניה.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und Romina hat das möglich gemacht! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles wirklich gut erklärt, sogar eine Flasche Wein stand für uns kalt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und die Tipps von ihr waren großartig! Den Imbisswagen hätten wir nie ausprobiert und es war soooo lecker! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat von sich aus nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgesucht, alles passt zusammen. Von den Gläsern bis zum großen Wandbild im Schlafzimmer ist alles sehr harmonisch Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Romina buchen.

beautiful place at a very affordable rate. takes a while to get to but worth the drive if you want to see those Tuscan hills. not much in the area so it's purely for relaxation. friendly and thoughtful hosts.

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amiche e ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo. La casa era accogliente, pulita e ben attrezzata, ci siamo sentite subito a nostro agio. È immersa nel verde, con un giardino curato e rilassante dove abbiamo passato momenti molto piacevoli. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stato l’orto: raccogliere insalata fresca e lamponi direttamente da lì è stata un’esperienza semplice ma bellissima! Alberto è stato un host eccezionale: sempre gentile, presente e disponibile, ci ha aiutate con un sorriso e tanta pazienza. Un soggiorno che porteremo nel cuore. Grazie di tutto!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Cristinas Unterkunft und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und privat – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist groß, bietet viel Platz für mehrere Personen und ist ideal für Gruppen oder Familien geeignet. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die großzügigen Parkmöglichkeiten und der schöne, gepflegte Hof mit zwei Grills und reichlich Brennholz. Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass Cristina großen Wert auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste legt. Auch mit mehreren Personen fühlt man sich nicht eingeengt – im Gegenteil, es ist sehr großzügig und durchdacht aufgeteilt.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La struttura si Silvia è bellissima e molto accogliente. Camere pulite ed arredate con cura. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli accessori, dai piatti alle tovagliette. Ho fatto un bel giro nei dintorni e Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto gentili nel darmi consigli sulla zona. Consigliato!!

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We regularly walked in the mornings, before it got too hot, to the village of Valestra. It is approx 4.5 miles round trip and a

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies in mitten der Natur. Für die Hunde war es ein Traum, sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei bewegen. Denen hat es mindestens genauso gefallen wie uns 😍 Das gesamte Haus & garten sind makellos gepflegt. Die Einrichtung auch absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Lara ist auch eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Antwort kam immer prompt und sie war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Danke dafür ! 5/5 Sterne für sie ! Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder ☺️

La casa di Federico ci ha davvero colpiti: accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, estremamente confortevole e pulitissima. Non mancava nulla: ogni comfort era presente e ben pensato. Un luogo dove ci si sente subito a casa. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, tutto è stato semplice e piacevole, grazie anche alla disponibilità e alla gentilezza dell’host. Questa casa resterà sicuramente un punto di riferimento. Un grazie di cuore da parte mia e della mia famiglia.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen,alles hat gut geklappt.Die Wohnung war einladend und sauber, die Kommunikation mit Martina sehr nett.Parma ist eine tolle Stadt!Tatsächlich ist die Straße vor der Wohnung innen sehr deutlich zu hören,uns hat das aber nicht gestört.Der private Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist toll.

C’était très agréable d’être dans l’appartement, il se trouve très proche de la station de train et du centre ville, on peu aller avec le bus ou à pied et être dans quelques minutes. L’appartement est bien meublé et comme dans la description de l’annonce. La communication avec Simonne était très bien et c’est une personne très aimable. J’y retournerai.

Abbiamo visitato la città di Parma in famiglia per un weekend. La casa di Matteo è in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro e ci ha permesso di girare senza problemi a piedi. All' interno era dotata di ogni confort e pulitissima. Matteo è stato un padrone di casa super disponibile e gentile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tantissimi suggerimenti per muoverci, cosa vedere e soprattutto ci ha dato delle ottime dritte su dove andare a mangiare (ristoranti super apprezzati). Ci torneremo sicuramente

Giovanni was super kind and responsive. Every thing was as described. He was really flexible with our check in as he knew we only had the one day/night. He even had a Brita filtered water pitcher which we appreciated as we drink a lot of water. Parking can be tricky, because of the ZTL so a parking pass is required. Easy enough to pick one up at a tobacco shop. He also assisted us by providing clear instructions on street parking vs a parking garage. We enjoyed our time and the amenities that his place and location provided. He is a great gist and I would highly recommend.

Le logement d’Erica est très propre, beau et bien décoré. Il y a une petite terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Il est en campagne et nous avons apprécié la tranquillité. Avec une voiture, il est facile de se déplacer et de visiter la région incluant les usines de Ferrari, Lamborghini et Pagani. Erica est très gentille et a répondu à nos questions rapidement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
