Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Depending on how cozy you like it. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed plus TV. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 50 inch TV … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach and Sanctuary Woods Park. We have two adult bikes! Just ask to use them!

A twin daybed with a twin trundle is located in the living room. One full size bath with a tub/shower; and a fully-equipped kitchen with apartment size appliances. 1 mile to Downtown Holland. 1 block to Washington Square. Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Lakeshore Haven - Near beaches, biking & bonfires

Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the terrific playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park. Bedroom #1 is a queen bed, #2 a full bed on bottom & twin on top. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Completely remodeled, cottage with Lake Macatawa views in Holland MI. This cottage has plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces. There is a second story porch where you can relax and watch the boats float by, and the lower level offers a large screened in porch, as well as a deck, grilling area with grill, and large firepit. Indoors offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 private bedrooms and two full baths. The place is surrounded by summer fun!
