Welcome to your place in Asuncion. The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony, to the city, the Paraguay river and the prime minister's palace. It has a comfy double bed (160cm, most places have just 140cm), a shower with handheld showerhead (most places have just overhead mounted showers) and a fully equipped cozy kitchen (most places just don't have a welcoming one), with a warm, artsy atmosphere. A good place to relax, spend quality time as couple, work or just explore the city.

Ideal for 2-3 couples or 2 couples with two children over the age of 7. This is a perfect place to relax, kayak in the lake, grill some wonderful meals, read a book in the hammock and cool off in the pool. Owners live in the next property to be able to offer you helpful tips about the area, and supply any extra items you might need like a blender, a hair dryer etc. You just need to bring your bath suit, toothbrush & flip flops!

Excellent stay in Aqua Village, Paraguay I had a wonderful experience at this apartment in Aqua Village. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable. The apartment is fully equipped, modern and very well maintained. The views are spectacular, and access to the complex's amenities, such as swimming pools and recreational areas, really makes the stay unique. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the place, but it is also close to Asunción if you want to explore the city. The host was always very attentive and accessible, responding quickly.

A well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool bordered by lush greenery and a landscaped pathway. The serene view includes distant buildings under a clear blue sky and ample sunlight illuminating the space.

Polite and kind host Impeccable accommodation, everything new, furniture, utensils, linens! A compact but very functional loft with a fantastic view of the Encarnacion coastline! I highly recommend it!

This very beautyful appartment is outside of Asuncion, 8 min. from the airport. When you see the sign “Alta Vida” you have arrived. If you don’t have a car Bolt or Uber is easy and cheap to use. The appartment is as beautyful as on the pictures and have everything you need. The hosts will help you if you need anything. The pool area is clean and amazing, this is a 5 star experience that is rare in Paraguay. The appartment is modern, stilish and you have a nice terrasse with grill. You have 900 m to a supermercado and as in all of Paraguay the people are so freindly and Nice.

A paved outdoor area features a wooden dining table accompanied by several chairs. Colorful lounge chairs are positioned nearby, ideal for relaxation. Lush greenery surrounds the space, contributing to the serene environment. The building is adorned with large windows and classic tiled roofing.

Very kind of Mr. Carlos and the host Mr. José. Very nice place, private, private beach, clean and with all amenities. They have everything you need for the beach: armchairs, parasols and even grill for the asado. Recommended place and very close to Encarnación.

Excellent location. Amazing view. The only thing to note that it has a first come first serve parking and they will be notifying you to move a car when someone wants to leave. or street parking. WiFi internet is not working. The rest is spotless.

Wonderful apartment in the center of Encarnation, the location is perfect for seeing the best in town as well as being close to the bus station. The apartment is super modern and spacious, it has everything you may need, with a giant TV, beautiful kitchen surfaces and area. Laundry service is available although we did not need it. there is a pool area on top of the high rise. the receptionists are all super nice and were kind enough to let us use the wifi in the reception are as well as store our luggage after check-out. the host was very helpful in giving us an extra hour before checking out. everything was great
