Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a garden. Free parking is available in the garden. We accept pets, but the garden is not for private use as it is shared with Monica. Self-check-in is from 4:30 PM and check-out is at 11:30 AM. No air conditioning. Portable fans. The apartment is a short walk from the center and 15 minutes from the main beaches. Minimum stay: 2 nights. 14% discount for 1 week or more bookings.

Independent villa surrounded by lush greenery, with private access to the sea. Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious lounge with fireplace. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was fully renovated in 2022, including most of the furnishings. The property has a private entrance with an automatic gate and offers parking for up to five cars.

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.
