It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Charming maisonette renovated in 2022, close to Paris. Both quiet and close to all amenities. You can walk to the city center and restaurants. Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 ( 10 min walk) and line 11 ( 15 min walk) and 8 min by tram, you will be in a few minutes in the center of Paris (30 min). We are in the East suburbs glued to Paris.

Lovely and cosy studio, next to Paris and bords of Marne river. Fully equipped, all commodities (market, bakery...) are easily accessible.

A very popular area to discover between the Parc de la Villette, the Cité des Sciences and the canal barges. The loft is located minutes from the Ourcq metro station on line 5 and Crimée metro station on line 7. Located near the Quai de l'Oise, two spacious bedrooms welcome you, including one in a basement with absolute calm.
