Vacation rentals with a patio in Pantin

Listing as described. The only small downside is the nuisance (traffic calming down very clearly during the night)... we were also there during the final, so a little more lively and longer, but this is just a detail. Bakery just downstairs from the building, shopping center in front of the building. The best part is the private covered parking.

I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment in Paris! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood—peaceful yet close to everything, including shops, cafes, and public transport. Ana was an amazing host—very kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ana’s apartment to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you, Ana, for such a great experience!

This is a fantastic place to stay. First- the view is amazing- sitting above the rooftops you can see what feels like the whole of Paris and the Eiffel tower clearly. Second, the apartment is so charming and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable for two adults. The decor is thoughtful and feels very bohemian French- just lovely. Finally the neighborhood is full of bustle and charm. Metro, nightlife, cafés, boutiques are all easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay in Paris and Eva's place was a big part of that!

Absolutely loved my stay at Monica’s!! Was informed perfectly, place is well secure and has enough space for 2. Balcony is astonishing. All the utilities and equipment work perfectly and are in great condition. Will definitely be wanted to stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Paris!!!

Elie's place is a fabulous stay in Paris, this was my third visit to the City but by far the best accommodation. The space is not the biggest but that's exactly as described in the photos. Its a cosy space and the fact its divided from the main road from the main road by a courtyard gives great security. The location is perfectly close to 3 metro stations and walkable distance from Gare Du Nord. The Lime bikes outside the accommodation is a great way to see the city. There are an abundance of eateries on your doorstep so breakfast/lunch/dinner is sorted! We stayed with our 2y/o boy and he loved it, parents should be careful with kids wanting to climb the steps to the mezzanine level and the concrete floor however the pull out bed was perfect for my boy. Look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time with friends in this cute apartment and true to the description. Hoche metro station is a 7-minute walk away and there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby. We had everything we needed and in 25 minutes walk, we were at the Parc de la Villette (concerts, exhibitions…) The shelves overflowing with books and comics as well as the visit of the neighboring cats filled us with joy. We spent a couple of nights in Gwendel's place at the end of an extended holiday in France, and found it beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring. The layout of the space is so thoughtful and unique, the decor is beautiful, and it was a delightful, quiet respite from the busyness of much of the rest of Paris. It's close to several different metro lines, Parc des Buttes, and good food and drink. We would stay here again!

Great stay! Max was very communicative, with very clear instructions on everything needed. Felt like a real friendly person. living room was very cozy in vibe. good for hanging out. bedroom was also just as in the photos. really enjoyed the look of both rooms. sadly did not get to enjoy outside space much as it was raining the days we were visiting. kitchen is tiny but really has anything you would need for a few days stay. even has a grilling mini oven thing that was not in the photos so we could have toast in the morning! beautiful windows and very private space! a bit noisy at night if you like to sleep with the windows open. I knew bathroom was going to be tiny from other reviews. it was! it was also fine. maybe a photo of it could be nice but it is literally a door opening in front of of small sink with mirror above it, tight shower to the left and toilet to the right. not much moving about. feels like a lived in apartment because it is! enjoyed it loads. would move in

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cozy. We'll be happy to go back.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

We spent a long weekend at Noemi's place. it is a great place hidden from the busy streets of Versailles. the house was very comfortable with all you need to feel like at home. The weather was great and we spent a couple of late evenings on the terrasse. The train station to Paris is 5 min away. Warmly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

The apartment is distributed on two floors, is quietly located in a well-kept secluded residential complex. Beautiful terrace with garden, shade-giving trees. Everything you need to cook for yourself. Easy and fast by metro in the center. Shopping within walking distance. Super service from Yasmina with team: prompt response and very helpful and supportive. Value for money very fine. All in all highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
