What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with every comfort. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Beautiful Parisian apartment. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful place in a great location. I highly recommend experiencing Alexandra's place.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

Our stay was lovely. The apartment was better than the pictures, very stylish and tastefully decorated. Located in a quiet part of town and well connected to the rest of the city. Etienne was responsive and accomodating offering us an early check in. Definitely among my favorite AirBNBs I have stayed at & would stay again.

Lovely apartment in great location. Nadav’s place has a spectacular view of Sacre Coeur and the Paris skyline. The flat is immaculately designed and contains some really lovely art, ceramics, etc. It’s really cosy, is equipped to the highest standard and has a useful workspace. The 2nd Arrondissement is a cool place to stay, close to the central tourist attractions but with a great vibe of its own. Nadav was a splendid host, keeping in touch in the run-up to our stay and very responsive to the few questions we had. I’d recommend this to anyone seeking a modern, chic place in a super district of Paris.

Gwladys was a great host and we enjoyed staying at her place my wife and I. Friendly neighborhood with a lot to entertain. You’re about 30-45 minutes walking distance from the scene and all the tourists places, which was perfect for us, we walked a lot and enjoyed Paris. Thank you

This was the perfect stay! I needed a last-minute switch in accommodations and Claire-Lise was very responsive and I was able to check in the same day I booked. She was very responsive, kind, and made it a very comfortable stay. The place itself is wonderful—very Parisian, well decorated, great location, incredibly clean and organized, and comfortable. Claire-Lise checked in with me and offered local recommendations. She even allowed me to leave my luggage at the apartment after I checked out, so I could explore the city for a couple more hours. Overall, Claire-Lise and her husband were terrific hosts and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each with their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well arranged. Outside, children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.
