Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Fantastic property, wonderful scenery and an extremely well-kept garden, as well as a stylish house! Renate welcomed us in a super friendly way. We got great information about possible activities in the area as a matter of course. Among other things, she recommended some thermal baths to us :) From our balcony, where we had dinner several times, we had a fantastic view over the garden past the swimming pool to the beautiful landscape. We felt very welcome as a small family with toddler and dog :)

There is no way to accurately describe the views of the Tuscany countryside from this wonderful villa. The updating of the house left nothing to be desired. Indoor and outdoor amenities are perfect for a large group or family. It's a great home base, as it's centrally located. We took day trips to Assisi, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Monticchhiello, Pienza, Siena, and Orvieto. And so close to the hidden gem of Bagno Vignoni - don't skip it. Kathleen was one of the best hosts we have ever had. From recommendations and directions to introductions to chefs and wine tour guides. She was quickly responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. You will love everything about this place. We would definitely go back.

I can say enough about his beautiful Airbnb. My husband and I stayed for four nights, and Alistair and Maria were the most gracious hosts. From start to finish we felt welcomed and cared for, and the cottage itself - not to mention the grounds - was simply gorgeous. Nestled in the little town of Macciano, the cottage has great proximity to so many beautiful towns, attractions, and restaurants. We took multiple little day trips and were able to cover a lot of ground, and still be home in time for a dip in the pool and a glass of Prosecco with our charming hosts. Maria even offered to cook with me one night, and I had the opportunity to learn about the local fare, all lovingly made from scratch by Maria. This is a very, very special place filled with beauty and tranquility. We can't wait to go back!!

Ingrid's place was impeccable , spacious and beautiful. It is overlooking the beautiful lake, calm and peaceful and very private. It is well furnished and very clean. You will spend days of relaxation and can drive to any of the surrounding towns including Perugia and Assis. The manager Stephi was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. The only regret we have is not to have more days in such a magical setting. Thank you Ingrid and Stephi for the memorable few days in your lovely loft! we will return!
