This was our second time staying at Zinash apartment. Just like last year, everything was great, except maybe the weather preventing you from using the pool, but it doesn't depend on the host :). The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is a great base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany - Siena,Pienza, Montepulciano, Orvieto within 1 hour drive. Very friendly, open, and communicative hosts. They are always available for questions and very helpful. We highly recommend Zinash apartment and would love to go back.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. She’s incredibly helpful—always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, no questions asked. Her warm, down-to-earth personality made our stay not only comfortable but genuinely special. What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby cities and the stunning countryside. Thanks to the central location, we were able to easily travel around and soak in all the beauty Tuscany has to offer. To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. Marleen and Stijn, her property manager, were extremely communicative and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay! They messaged clear instructions and videos and when we arrived everything was so easy and clean! The property is absolutely breathtaking, with gorgeous views. This was the best air bnb experience I have ever had. It was thanks to Marleen’s kindness and clear instructions. My family cannot wait to return to the villa. It was amazing! The property is gated too, so we felt safe and private.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage and gardens are beautiful and stylishly designed. Leonardo was also a lovely and accommodating host. The local town was approx a 20min walk away with a small supermarket and some lovely restaurants. We recommend Pomario winery for their wine tasting and charcuterie and also Slow Cooking school for a cooking class which is about 25min drive away from the cottage. A local hotel in the area, hotel Vanucci, was also a great place to grab breakfast or for late evening drinks after dinner. Highly recommended booking this beautiful place.
