Full top floor guest house!

Had a great stay here with my coworker for a business trip. Honestly wished we could have enjoyed the property more as we were working most of our visit to the area. There was a fully fenced off area for my dogs to play which was such a blessing to not worry about them running off and get to enjoy themselves too. The place was super clean and had almost everything you could need. Even though this place is above the hosts living space, you couldn’t really hear anything. Very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!

Immaculate and generous sized home with hosts right across the street. We enjoyed the spacious backyard with relaxing pool. Perfect for the hot summer! All guests sign a pool waiver. The landscaping is beautiful and bird watching is a must at the Bluebird! Tons of natural light throughout the home. Rooms are spacious and accommodations make you feel like you're at home. Parking was easy with access to a spacious garage and shaded areas in the driveway. The host did a great walk through of the property on day of arrival!

we are so excited when we got the warm welcome from Kristina on arrival. She even put the air conditioner on before we checked in. Really nice hostess she is. The house is well equipped both the kitchen and bathroom. A whole package of dishes and kitchen items, we feel just like at home. We are pretty sure that this is the perfect place to stay while in the city of Redding. Thanks Kristina!

I've stayed in a lot of airbnb's over the years, and this one stands out as the best experience ever. The cottage was so lovely and I was surprised over and over again by the throughful little things that Michele had thought of to make the place awesome. She also provided excellent advice with regards to sightseeing in the area. I would have extended my stay if there hadn't of been another booking there for the date I departed. The place is spacious, everthing is clean, there were a bunch of snacks, the kitchen was excellent, and it is a great location for exploring the exceptional beauty of Lassen Volcanic National Park, McArthur Burnby Falls and Lake Shasta.
