Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Palm Jumeirah

It's an interesting experience of staying on a Palm. The place definitely worth it. It was a problem with a washer, but we found it out on the last day of staying. Host have a good communication and quickly response.

Great apartment with awesome views. A great spot to take in the views and watch the boats go by. Close enough to facilities such as coffee shops but without the crowds. Great private beach, pool and gym too. Something for all the family. Only 5 minutes by taxi to supermarkets and more restaurants. The sunsets from the apartment were the icing on the cake!

We had a very nice stay in this conveniently located apartment. It's close to Nakheel Mall, just a short walk to the monorail, to restaurants, and easily accessible by car. The apartment was comfortable and worked really well for our family. The only downside was the absence of a few basic amenities like a dishwasher, a safe, kitchen hand towels, and rubbish bags. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay for a vacation—very close to the beach and everything you need for a relaxing trip.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures — modern, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless. The host was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Abdulkader is a fantastic and professional host. My family’s best stay. He provided everything and more than we expected. He was always responsive and keen to deliver and an overall very nice person to speak to. We would love to return soon and relive our memorable experience and I would be like my host to be Abdulkader again for sure! The place is perfect with serene views of garden, swimming pool and sea …it’s a quiet oasis!! I also love the gym and the facilities that the Fairmont hotel provide so it met all my expectations and more. Thank you very much for hosting us Abdulkader. It was a real pleasure.

A beautiful, new apartment located right next to the footbridge on the Dubai Water Canal. Ideally located for Jumeirah and easy to get around Dubai. Simple checkin process with the building concierge. Felix was a great host too - very responsive and helpful. Thanks! Top tip - if you stay here and like Chinese food, try Chinese Pavilion restaurant, it’s a five minute walk from the apartment by the canal, and the food is just fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Overall, a memorable and welcoming stay that I’d happily recommend

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

Had a fantastic stay at the Paramount Hotel with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The building offers top notch amenities including a pool, gym, and even a spa all accessible to guests. It’s just a 6-minute drive to Burj Khalifa, and the overall vibe feels like a luxury hotel. Highly recommended! Plus, Metro is nearby. Definitely booking this again soon.

Roya was wonderful: helpful, friendly, super quick to respond, and EXTREMELY PROACTIVE. We felt right at home in her apartment. By the end of our stay, Roya was no longer a stranger :) she was family. Thank you for allowing us to use your flat. We will certainly come back
