Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

My hosts were definitely super hosts. They thought of all then possible needs of whoever would stay at their place. The place itself was well kept and was just perfect for me. I would highly recommend the host and apartment.

Kiran's place was absolutely awsome. great views, well kept and very clean. walking distance to everything one would possibly need, in room dinning was great value and tasty. you can use the skypool which is a must but obviously an extra charge. I will be returning for sure !

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The property was absolutely excellent – clean, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views of the Marina. It was perfect for our family, with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including our 3-year-old son who loved watching the boats from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions all within walking distance. Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!

The place was great and Ali was very responsive, excellent location near the canal and Dubai mall. The Apartment is a building with great facilities.

We had a great time staying at Elisa’s place - its 10mins walk from metro. She is very kind and Gemini is a gem too!

I stayed at Nadeem’s place for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment is located at a very nice and main location in JBR residences area which is just 5 mins away from JBR beach and bla bla club. The nearest tram station is quite close as well which made commute easy. There are lots of supermarkets around the apartment to help you with any required items. The view from balcony is breathtaking and scenic. Nadeem was very responsive throughout the stay and helped with multiple queries before arriving as well. Overall - 8/10 ⭐️

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

The Burj residence was an amazing location. Not only was the apartment just as pictured, but was walking distance from the Dubai Mall and countless restaurants. I would highly recommend this location.

We had such an amazing stay at Basharatullah's apartment and can not reccomend it enough. Spacious, extremely clean flat with fantastic amenities and comfy hotel-like mattresses and bed linen. The location is great with Dubai Mall a 2 min walk away as well as superb views. The facilites are top spec with an impressive gym and large pool which is never too full. We particularly enjoyed the shallow kid's pool, which is shaded and that my 2 year old could stand in without being held. The kid's play areas are great and also shaded. The hosts' communication was superb from the initial booking through to check out. The instructions were clear and the facilities extremely easy to access and use. We also really appreciated the toiletries provided and the children's toys and books provided. The apartment was great value for money and I have already recommended it to some friends who are planning to visit Dubai. Thank you for such a fantastic stay Basharatullah!

It's a nice apartment with good standing. People are super available whatever you need ... we're talking minutes if something doesn't work (or you don't know how to make it work :). You can park your car on 10th floor and go downstairs to your apartment without going through the main entrance .. and you can go to social district or Dubai mall without going outside ... enjoying the A/C ! Cross the street and you are at the fountains enjoying the show. Plenty of shops restaurants around. Wonderful stay. Small pool with really nice view on the fountains.

Clean and professional just had a bit of smell at the beginning

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!
