Great place and location! Easy check in and extremely easy checkout! Responsive host! Couldn’t ask for more!

First off I’d like to say that Sophia and Andrew were exceptional hosts. Unfortunately we got in really late and Sophia was still available to help with our check-in! The place was beautiful and perfect for our stay, clean, tidy, quiet and roomful. We brought our 2 doggies and the fenced in backyard was perfect for them. Very unique to see a piano, and a record player (which we definitely used.) All in all we would 100% stay again and recommend anyone looking in the area to book!

The space and location were ideal for our needs. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The pool was great very convenient!

The house was perfect for our visit to our daughter. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool due to rain. We baked cookies and bread with the grandkids and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Anthony was easy to contact and helpful. Couldn’t find the WiFi password when it was right in front of me.🙄 He fixed me up and didn’t even make fun of me. House was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Reasonably priced. The location is great.

I would definitely come back here again. Maria is incredibly sweet, and she was helpful when I would ask her questions (trust me, I asked a lot). We booked last minute as we needed a place to stay for football camps my son was attending, and she was very accommodating to our last minute booking. Her place is within walking distance to downtown Tarpon Springs, and we had a few hours to explore while we were in town before my son's next camp. Tarpon Springs is definitely a bucket list destination and Maria made the trip that much better. Thank you so much, Maria!!! We will be back if we are ever lucky enough to end up in Tarpon Springs again.

Had a great stay at Brian’s place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear and responsive, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The guidebook was a nice touch and helped us explore the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

We had the best time at the Rustic Cottage in Dunedin. It was the perfect size for us and our small dogs. The location of this place is excellent. You can easily walk to the middle of downtown in 10 min or less. We enjoyed having the pool that was set at a perfect temp and the backyard is like a little oasis. We met Matt the property manager who gave some excellent recommendations for dinner and things to do around town. Another thing to note is the house had a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and even coffee pods. Also, the place was squeaky clean! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

This was a great location. Very relaxing. The hosts were so friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs but this is probably the best one so far! The place was spotless. They had everything you needed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Definitely not cheap IKEA stuff. The pool was amazing and spotless. Floats were very clean. Outdoor dining furniture was very nice. So pretty at night with all the solar lights. Close to Tarpin Springs and Tampa. What really topped it off was there wasn’t 2 hours of work we had to do to check out! This place is amazing! 6 stars.

My husband and I loved staying here! we wanted a getaway before our first baby comes and this place was perfect. We spent every day at the pool and plenty of seating around the pool and on the property. We loved the horses on the property and the owner let them roam around the property. The animals were so friendly. Very clean place and the people we did encounter on the property were so sweet and nice. Definitely would stay here again! Easy check in and check out instructions as well!

Anne’s place was great. Here for college golf tournament. Very spacious condo. Anne was great to work with and responsive answering questions timely. Feels like I know her. I’ll be passing along her info to other golf families that may be traveling here.

Wonderful choice for families!! We enjoyed the pool and watching the wildlife at the pond in the back. Game room kept the kids entertained. We will come here again!!

Once again, a most relaxing week. Extremely clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood. Love the bed! So comfortable!

Our stay at “The Studio” was wonderful. The place was very clean and absolutely adorable. John really outdid himself creating this little sanctuary!

Took a little family vacation and everyone enjoyed Adam’s home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was thoughtfully put together and had everything you could need while away from your own home. Not to mention, the house is absolutely beautiful! We would 100% stay here again!

The place was perfect for our quick trip to St. Pete and had everything we needed. It was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the activities at the place. I would definitely stay here again if I need to be in the area again.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Crystal Beach sunset was beautiful. Well’s Spring park was a nice park for walking the dog. Everyone was friendly that we met while walking. Would book again.

Adel is simply great she called and asked me if I had everything I needed and I did. Location is great for both beaches to the south and springs to the north. Good food all around I suggest Get Hooked for seafood just two miles away. Sushi in Trinity 8 miles away. Enjoy your stay plenty to do.
