Apartment is very new and modern, fully IoT driven with quality amenities; at good location, quiet but right in the center. Bojana is very kind and responsive, was really helpful. Hope to come again soon.

Spend two nights at this apartement while visiting Palic. Very nice place and location near the lake. Beautiful park nearby. The place is modern and clean with coffee machine fast wi-fi. There is a construction site right in front of the window, but with closed windows it was not a problem.

This is an excellent apartment for two, equipped with all the necessary amenities (special thanks for the coffee machine and the supply of capsules!). The apartment is spotless, cozy, and just a 15-minute walk from the central city square. Renata was super friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. Highly recommend!

Clean place in the city center.

Very nice apartment , Not very clear instructions said it was on third floor is on first. I believe it could’ve been some sort of language barrier as host only speaks Hungarian.

The apartment is well-located, 10 minutes from the City Hall. The communication with the owner was easy. I can recommend this apartment for short visits.

All recommendations! Beautiful neighbourhood if you with a child. City ce ter is not too far, you have everything you need. Apartment is very clean and cosy, we are really enjoyed.

We had a fantastic stay at Katarina’s apartment in downtown Subotica. The location is excellent with everything we needed close by. Restaurants, shops, and major attractions were all within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a beautiful view that made our time there even more enjoyable. Katarina was professional and friendly. The check-in process was smooth and easy. She communicated quickly and made sure we had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Subotica. We would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect Host. Very helpful seeing we didn't know the area. We felt we were staying at the best. The only thing we would change. is coming in the summer to see and enjoy the beautiful foliage. I really enjoyed the inside plants. Makes the space stunning. Thanks.

We were able to check in when we wanted, we just had to message the owner. The owner is super nice and friendly. The gym is very nice and large. The garden is lovely decorated. The apartment was nice and clean. The air conditioning and heater worked great. I can only recommend the accommodation.

Great place to stay for one or two nights

Great place, very clean, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Perfect for couples, located right in the city center, close to all prominent places in Kikinda.
