Vacation rentals with lake access in Pakoštane

Einfach ein Traum und nich schöner und größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Selbst Fahrräder um damit mal schnell ans Meer zu fahren. Aber eigentlich möchte man das Grundstück gar nicht verlassen. Franka ist immer schnell zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Außengrill, verschiedene Sitzbereiche zum Essen oder Chillen, einfach ein Paradies mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Alugamos o espaço para irmos ao festival Dekmantel Selectors e foi ótimo pela proximidade ao local do festival, praticamente ao lado da entrada. Olga é uma pessoa muito gentil e nos recebeu muito bem.

unsere erwartungen haben sich übertroffen .. alles war sehr schön, modern, neu und sauber ! es hat uns an nichts gefehlt .. die gastgeberin war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. die unterkunft ist definitiv eine empfehlung !

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

Andrej ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Hat uns Tips für den Aufenthalt gegeben und ist gut zu erreichen gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Alles zusammen ein toller Urlaub.

It was the perfect place to stay for our two families. The kids had plenty to do with the pool, basketball and petanque, and the garden has lots of room for play. The house is ideal: clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marko's lovely Mother gave us fresh eggs, her own olive oil and even baked us some pastries and bread. The setting is beautiful, a slice of rural Dalmatia with farming activities going on all around. The area is rich in wildlife and our April visit was peak time for spring birdsong and wildflowers. We even saw tortoises in the hills behind the house, and wild orchids. Vrana Lake is a short drive away, and there are many hiking trails near the house. Supermarkets are available in Pakostane and Biograd, and Zadar and Split/Trogir are an hour's drive. The stunning coast with secluded beaches in within 30 mins. We loved Murter especially. Marko was a great host - always available and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were very sad to leave! Hvala!

We had a fantastic stay. the house is lovely, and was really clean, bed were very comfy. The trampoline was a plus for our kids (3&5yo). there is aircon in the main bedroom and also in the main open plan area. They let us check in a bit earlier which was lovely. They also had all the stuff you need for cooking like salt, oil, etc. and host left out some treats and fresh vegs from their garden. There is a beach 5min walk, and also a bar and a restaurant with nice food. Supermarket is about 15min walk, or 2 min drive, we went at the end of July so had to drive, otherwise heat was a bit much. Also very short drive there are other restaurants and shops. It's a perfect place if you have a car and want to drive around and explore and come back to a lovely place. Thank you for having us

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit an Paula und ihre Familie! Ganz tolle Menschen und in allen lagen sehr hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns wie bei Familie gefühlt und uns super verstanden! Bei Problemen wurde uns stets geholfen, die Gastgeber sind einfach toll! Die Gegend ist ruhig und super schön, Strand ist schnell per Treppen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Kleiner laden in der Nähe gut erreichbar. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Razem z rodziną wynajęliśmy mieszkanie Lei na ponad tygodniowy pobyt w Pakoštane. To miejsce przeszło nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania. Lea jest przemiłym gospodarzem, i komunikatywnym ,bardzo szybko odpowiadała na nasze wiadomości z pytaniami, w mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet więcej niż się spodziewaliśmy, jak we własnym domu. I przede wszystkim bardzo czysto i świeżo🤗🤗 Blisko do plaży (do 5 min piechotą) przepiękny widok z balkonu na morze i pobliskie wyspy. Codziennie śniadanie na balkonie 😎 Parking przy samym wejściu do bloku. Dziękujemy Lea za możliwość pobytu w Twoim mieszkaniu 😘😘 Polecamy tego gospodarza oraz jej rodzinę każdemu kto szuka noclegu w Pakoštane , nam było bardzo miło ich poznać 🥰 mamy nadzieję do zobaczenia jeszcze ……..

casa perfetta per una vacanza al mare. si trova a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia ed a pochi minuti dal centro. tutto pulitissimo ed il grande balcone è comodissimo. Ivana offre anche posto auto gratuito nel parcheggio poco distante. consigliatissimo

Były to jedne z najlepszych naszych wakacji. Śime i jego rodzina są bardzo gościnnymi, opiekuńczymi i miłymi gospodarzami. Mieszkanie było wygodne, kompletnie wyposażone i bardzo czyste. Miłym zaskoczeniem dla nas był powitalny kosz owoców i napoje w lodówce. Śime zawsze gotów doradzić gdzie można dobrze spędzić czas czy dobrze zjeść w Pakostane. Sam apartament jest blisko wszystkiego a razem z tym w spokojnym i cichym miejscu, tuż za linią gwarnych nadmorskich knajpek z dymiącymi wieczorami paleniskami. W ostatnim dniu mogliśmy wyjechać kilka godzin później i jeszcze rano pójść na plażę, za co serdecznie dziękujemy gospodarzom.

Très bel appartement avec une vue splendide sur les îles Kornati. Fonctionnel, confortable et plein de charme. C’était un plaisir de profiter du jacuzzi sur le toit terrasse. Nous avons pu rayonner sur toute la Dalmatie. Merci à Anneliese pour son amabilité.

Small and basic but nice apartment with patio, 2 mins walk to beautiful beach and views and nice restaurants. Very helpful hosts

Lage und Atmosphäre des Hauses sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Branca und ihren Erltern vor Ort sehr hilfreich. Wir waren zu zweit und dafür hatte das Haus genau die richtige Größe, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Außendusche haben wir gerne und oft benutzt. Da wir mit unseren Seekajaks unterwegs waren, war der direkte Einstieg ins Wasser unterhalb des Hause ideal. Mehrere Terrassen und viel Liegmöglichkeiten. Auch fein, dass man vor dem Haus unter einem Dach sitzen kann und aufs Meer schauen. Haben im Haus und auf dem Grundstück 2 erholsame Wochen verbracht.

Luka und seine Eltern waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war super und sie waren immer erreichbar und sofort da, wenn man sie gebraucht hat. Es gab Hausgemachten Honig und frische Feigen als Willkommensgruß, ebenso wie einen sehr guten, hausgemachten Wein. Darüber hinaus wurden Flaschen Wasser kühlgestellt, sodass man gleich bei Ankunft, was frisches zu trinken hat, bei der Hitze sehr willkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft die stetige Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.

Séjour agréable au calme, à la campagne, non loin de l'autoroute. Facile d'accès. Logement spacieux, bien équipé, tout confort. Je garde un bon souvenir de mes vacances dans cette région de Croatie.

Es war für mich genau der richtige Ort zum entspannen…Alleinlage und eine schöne Aussicht…Super Kommunikation und flexibler Check in…Ich komme sehr gern wieder!
