The South Devon Coast Path is accessed at the end of road enabling you to enjoy many coves, beaches, pubs and resturaunts in easy walking distance. Babbacombe Downs itself is spoiled with magnificent vistas that reach out to the Jurassic coastline and eateries within a short stroll. For weekday workers or pleasure, we are the perfect location to relax and explore Torbay's countless attractions .

The Old Bakery, minutes from the beach

The Old Bakery dates back to 1836 and lies at the heart of the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, outside Dartmouth. Set on the South West Coast Path, it is 15 minutes’ walk from the award-winning beach of Blackpool Sands and an ideal base from which to explore the South Hams and Dartmoor. The spacious accommodation features an open-plan living room and dining area, bedroom, panelled en-suite shower room and modern fully-fitted kitchen. Private parking is available at the back of the property.

Fortune Cottage, Harbour and Sea Views

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.

The Pink stylish fisherman’s cottage

A small but cozy cottage. It has everything you need for a few days or a weeks break! Located only 30 seconds walk from the harbour its ideal location. It’s nice and comfortable with old wooden beams giving the whole place that old cottage feel! Please note as like all the Brixham cottages they have a very steep staircase, so please bear in mind when booking. Unfortunately there is no parking for this cottage.
