We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully decorated. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

I really like Slavka and her cosy flat. Slavka was very kind and sincere. The only thing I can say is that the flat is a little bit small and its roof was low. Anyway, I was very satisfied. Thanks for Slavka's hospitality.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Marina and her husband have created a little gem here. It was a very friendly welcome. Everything we needed to know was explained to us. The mobile home is well equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need. The living and sleeping area leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace offers an magnificent view of the sea. Rest is the program here, at least in the time we were there. A dream come true for dogs. The beach and the surrounding area offer enough space for the four-legged friends. Marina and her husband were always available, and also right there. In Privlaka itself there are many good restaurants and a good ice cream parlor. Vir and Nin are just around the corner. And to Zadar you need about 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic there. For us, it was a dream vacation. We found a small home away from home for us. And will come back next time. Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

The location of the place is great. You have direct beach access via the host's property. Bakers and restaurants are within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are also easily accessible by car. Zadar itself is about 20 minutes away by car. The accommodation is super well maintained and the kitchen is super well equipped. Everything you need is there. The hostess was always available and fulfilled every wish. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with Jacuzzi, which of course was used a lot. I can only recommend the listing! We will be happy to come back.

Marija and her brother Frane were very great hosts who were quick to communicate with. The modern house is divided into two separate apartments, which are structured as identical (the lower apartment also has a separate toilet) The pool with some salt water and the built-in whirlpool jets is an absolute highlight and was pleasantly warm even in the colder evening hours. Overall, the entire property and house was very clean and spacious, which makes the stay of a larger group very pleasant. You can drive to Zadar in about 20-25 minutes, but there are also some good and delicious restaurants relatively close within a short drive.

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

Kristina is a perfect hostess and manages to make you feel welcome and immediately comfortable. She is helpful and has good tips for activities. The garden and beach are beautiful and the place is cozy and appealing and equipped with all the necessary things. The beds are very comfortable. It was a wonderful, restful and relaxing stay, I absolutely recommend Kristina's apartments!!!

We loved Ana’s place. The views of the mountains and sea were unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. Ana was so friendly and welcoming. Was a nice walk (5-8 mins) into nearby town, and easy to access Paklenica, Zadar, and local beaches by car.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Comfortable and cozy apartment, very close to the sea in a quiet area great for relaxing. Very kind and super helpful and thoughtful hosts who made us feel at home right away!

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment with perfectly equipped kitchen, sea view. The beach is very relaxing. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet holiday. The owners live in the building, they are always available, helpful and nice.

A place truly worth it's 5 star status ❤️ If you are looking for a tiny piece of the earth to hit that refresh button, on your own or with a loved one with just the gentle sound of the sea rippling up on the rocks then this place ticks the box ❤️.
