Winterdream at the lake! As a couple or with kids.

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Holiday apartment Lilli is on the second floor. You have a nice view of the garden from the living room and bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and bath is off the hallway, as is the fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, filter coffee machine as well as Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine with pods, kettle), or the bedroom with a double and a single bed. The living is off the kitchen and has two single beds and a sofa, as well a flat screen TV. The apartment has WiFi.

To the west, our operational building, constructed in 1878, rises up with its historic cider press and adjoining horse stables. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car.
