Very cozy place close to all the nice stuff in Patong, but far enough to have a peaceful sleep. Great location.

thomas's unit is incredible, from quality furnishing, beautiful elegant design, quiet locatin for patong, and the unit was sparkling clean, i could not recommend enough. definitely will return.

The location of the accommodation was perfect right in the center, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. It was easy to get to the famous spots like Patong Beach, the night markets, and local restaurants. The area was lively yet safe, and everything I needed was just a short walk or quick ride away. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base to enjoy Phuket!

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

Hello, I spent a two-month stay in Madame Patiya's apartment frankly the apartment was perfect tidy spacious, there is nothing missing and the view and breathtaking calm away from the noise of the city. It's true that it takes a scooter to get there because on foot there is a little walking anyway, but frankly I don't regret anything, I'm even disappointed to leave. Thank you so much to Ma'am. Patiya I'll be back 😍

The property was super clean, spacious and my stay here was very comfortable. All the good places are 5-10min away on a scooter. She also helped with arranging a scooter on rent. Overall, very pleasant stay. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great location in patong, set back off the main road, a stones throw from 7/11, cafes and restaurants. A lovey space to share with my partner for a week, felt very cosy. Our host was very helpful with recommendations and answered any questions we had about the property and local area.

We had an amazing stay, the host and their team were proactive and responded to even the smallest of our requests. The place was clean and well maintained, peaceful. Kudos to the team!

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

From before even entering Thailand the communication with the staff was impeccable! They were very informative and even arranged an airport pickup transfer. The accommodation is as wonderful as it is presented in the images. The area the accommodation is located in is very relaxing and as a first timer in Thailand it just felt perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning a trip to Phuket! The staff are very welcoming and treat you with the upmost respect.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Benoit is a great host. We did not face any problems throughout our stay. Allowed early check in for my grandparents. Benoit / someone else was present on site during check in and check out. Very beautiful house for a group to stay. Good swimming pool

Me, my family and friends had a great experience at Rics place. He and his son were great host and though we had a very minor water issue he and his son handled it immediately. This place is really a great place to stay and when I return to Thailand I'll plan to stay there again❤️

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

Evgeny's apartment is in a great location in Phuket Patong area. Lots of local restaurants, large shopping centre nearby (Jungceylon and Central), 5 mins to Bangla road, 10 mins to the beach. Clear communication, a safe apartment block too. Definitely recommended.

Stayed here for 4 weeks and no complaints at all. The hosts are friendly, clear and responsive which is all I can ask. The space is clean & as described. Would need a scooter/transport due to the central location but if you have one then the location is perfect and easy to get almost anywhere on the island. Would stay again!
