We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. Thank you so much Nammon for a making our experience so wonderful.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. Seamless and easy. Thank you Benoit and Julian, hope to be back soon.

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Went for this hidden gem of a find for a movie scene-like stay and it delivered just stayed. Ended up being one of my fav & memorable experience in Phuket. Mr Big went out of his way to accommodate; loved the hot thai milk tea (one of the best drinks I’ve had here) and the local durian is just something (bear in mind, i’m not really a fan to begin with, that’s how good it was 🙈). Def would recommend to anybody who wants to stay here- for the beautiful ambience, cosy cabin and some peace of mind. p/s: travelling around Thalang would be great with bike so that u’d get to explore more of the area. also be prepared for mosquitoes since u’re in the jungle

The Seakiss Villa is truly a beautiful place overlooking the sea. The view from all of the rooms and pool is incredible—nothing beats watching the sunset by the pool, cocktail in hand. Even better than the view, the service provided by the villa staff was top-notch. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and remained that way the entire week. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were delicious. All this thanks to the friendly villa staff, Ann and Pong. Kwan, the house manager, was very responsive and helpful. We felt very attended to during our entire stay. We highly recommend the Seakiss Villa!

Perfect Stay in Kamala – A Truly Memorable Villa Experience 🌴🌞 We had the most perfect stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a private pool in Kamala. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is spotless, beautifully furnished, and extremely well-maintained. Every detail has been thought through, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and super comfortable beds. A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Salvina. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by our excellent hosts, Olivier and his wife Phayom. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for our needs – spacious, spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition throughout. You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. We had an incredible stay at Prima Villa in Karon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Jacky and her team were always on standby and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The villa was private, spacious, and extremely comfortable—just what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and airy, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and completely secluded, offering a peaceful space to unwind. The location was great—just a 5-minute walk to a nearby massage spot and a 7-Eleven for snacks and essentials. Local shops were also within walking distance. Despite being close to amenities, the villa was tucked away in a quiet area, making it perfect for those who want to relax away from the busier parts of Phuket. Laundry was done promptly, and anything we asked for was handled without fuss. The only small issue was that the pots and pans could use an update—they’re a bit worn out and

One of the best villas we stayed at in Phuket. Villa is PERFECTLY located in bang tao (gated secure area) less than 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 mins from boat avenue in a queit but vibrant area. Grocery stores and other essentials are also close by. The villa itself was spacious and modern and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The whole family enjoyed and had a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful, and responds almost immediately. He ensured everything we needed during our stay was attended to. Will definetly stay again next time we visit. Highly recommended.

Winona’s house was very enjoyable to stay in - clean, modern, and she even sent complimentary housekeeping weekly. Only negative was that utility fees weren't included.
