Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Oberneuland, die nach 250 m auf den Fernradwanderweg von Bremen nach Hamburg führt. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit einer Wanderung oder einer Fahrradtour in die fantastische Wümme-Niederung beginnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (ca.800m), die Bushaltestelle liegt am Ende der Straße und der Bahnhof Oberneuland ist nah. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze.
