James’ beach house was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach with super easy access. The house itself was very well maintained, clean, and clearly cared for. James was also incredibly responsive and communicative whenever I had questions, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

Great spot right next to the beach. We watched the sunset on the beach, took bike rides to the pier and spent countless hours in the jacuzzi. Check in was seamless and the garage was an added bonus. Keep in mind that it's a tight squeeze and an SUV will probably not fit in there. The host was very responsive and took care of an initial issue with the hot tub. It was one of the main reasons we booked it and we were glad he responded quickly.

I’ll begin by saying that the photos of the condo and the surrounding areas don’t do it justice. It’s a very, very safe, pretty & quiet area. I’m very familiar with Ventura & Oxnard, but chose Port Hueneme (and this location) due to the great price, and hoping for cleaner, less-crowded beaches. We got all of it. No tourists, no trash, no homeless emcampments. Back to the condo: 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and walking distance to the beach; and the cheapest price in the entire Ventura County, that close to the ocean, and also that nice/clean/new. The condo literally had everything we could need, and no additional shopping was required. The condo was clean and well-maintained. I can’t come up with a single critique, complaint, etc. We had a great time, and will book again. The hosts also answered all the messages very quickly.

We absolutely loved this place! It was so relaxing to be right on the water, and to be able to hop in the hot tub on a cold morning :) The beds were incredibly comfortable and the primary bedroom felt like a luxury suite. The host and property manager are also lovely. Very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

What a great spot by the beach! The place was as described and was perfect for a quiet getaway near the sand. Parking was very easy and the hot tub was a nice bonus as well. Would recommend either for a couple or small family.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Excellent property with excellent owners - we stayed for a couple of days during our son’s Pepperdine graduation and the property met our needs. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Amazing ocean views. Very clean. Strong communication. Highly recommended

It was the perfect couple’s getaway peaceful, romantic, and filled with special touches. We are so grateful for the chance to stay here and can’t wait to return. This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

The space was a little hard to find, but a great space for someone who wants a cozy little getaway.

Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach and convenience store. Left bikes, boogie boards, and a wagon for us to use, but I’m bummed we don’t get to use them.

Perfect little beach bungalow! The house was very clean had all of the amenities you could need from beach toys, BBQ in the backyard, kitchen items, coffee maker with coffee, firepit, beach towels and more. Located in a great spot to walk right to the beach, restaurants and the farmers market. Lovely little home, we can't wait to come back again

You could not ask for a nicer host and a better location in Malibu. We needed a dog friendly place to stay and the options were limited. Lucky for us Rochelle had the nicest little place for our stay. Don't miss the breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen or dinner at Dukes just a two minute walk away. The house was well appointed and decorated nicely. The beds comfy and towels soft. But best of all was Rochelle's responsiveness. We had a few things come up during our stay and Rochelle helped us out so much (from a spare chair to host a little dinner to the mistake of hitting the jets on the tub and not knowing what the noise could be). Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay.

This place is fantastic. Kevin spared no details. There were bicycles, games, sand toys for the kids, comfy beds, you name it. A couple of blocks to the beach. I didn’t interact with the hosts because I didn’t need to. The instructions were clear and everything was fantastic. We are already planning our return. Thank you for a great and relaxing stay

This was our first time staying on Silver Strand and we just loved everything about the location. The house is a gem and so close to the water in a quiet neighborhood. The locals were friendly and everything is accessible, the boardwalk, shopping, etc. we had a beach day with family and when it got chilly on the beach we found the backyard to be sunny and warm. We would come back to this beach house in the future!

Fantastic spot for a getaway, especially with kids. Steps from the beach, an entertaining game room, and a peaceful, multi-level house where you can hear the waves crashing while you fall asleep. We loved it! Also, Amelia was super nice and responsive throughout the process. We'll happily return.
