Last minute book, literally minutes left on the clock. And he messaged me back in less then 15 minutes to confirm. I’d definitely stay again, everything was clean and I got vip parking which was nice.

Micheal is an awesome host! His place is peaceful and in a wonderful location near the ocean. You can walk on the beach within minutes.

The perfect place for a beautiful quiet weekend getaway. Beautiful sights and sounds of beach steps away, every room was spotless. We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

Alexandra's place is spotless! And the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We felt fortunate this apartment was available as it met our needs very nicely.

Excellent Santa Clarita home base for magic mountain or other adventures!

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!
